The most horrendous experience for me when having new wheel bearings put on my rv camper. My big mistake was not asking for an estimate to begin with when talking with the owner on the phone. The man who actually did the work was very nice in telling me they could do the work. They charged me $698 for having bearings replaced and repairing an interior light. I had asked them to install bearing buddies to keep dirt and water out. Instead they replaced one cap on one of the two wheels they were asked to work on (and I'm hoping the bearings), and left the other bearings original rubber cap on. This cap fell off on my 20 mile journey on the way home. When I got home I checked the prices of RV repair places to find out what the charge would normally be on bearing replacement. The labor on bearings are normally $100 per hour. The bearings themselves are under $100. There charge was $182. The labor was $475. I called the owner to complain and his workers answered. I asked to have the owner call me back but he was unresponsive. I paid with a check which was rushed through the bank system by the next morning. Before posting this review I called the owner to tell him this would go on Angie's list as well and his attitude was basically "so what."

We were requested for an inspection by this company's roadside mobile medics or whatever the scammers were. A man named Joshua Cork. I encountered multiple instances of poor customer service. Instead of using the company's webmail, "Joshua" uses its Gmail account. Communication was severely lacking, with delays in responding. My concerns and inquiries weren't taken seriously, leaving me frustrated and confused about the status of my project. " We are super busy and will call you later. We will send you the inspection report at the end of the day. We are working on it and compiling data then sending it to you. What disappoints me the most is the apparent lack of accountability. There was no acknowledgment of the mistakes made, and no effort was made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. The whole management is the same fraud, so if you want quick service or if you need assistance, don't go there. Despite sending a complaint email to their email address, they don't respond to you even after you request your requested stuff or work for which you have paid.
