All water had to be turned off and we drove to our campsite at the top of a beautiful mountain. Relying on Yelp and the Huntsville Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), we called Anytime RV. Not only did they drive to the top of the mountain to service our water leak, they brought bathroom sink faucets we could have used. They communicated with us every step. I say 100% yes to the office staff and the service technicians that fixed the problem very quickly.

We will continue to look for someone to fix our levelers. But we will definitely not recommend contacting these people. I just didn't understand his rudeness. We have all the e-mail communication. The worst RV place ever! Buying a camper from Johnston RV was one of the biggest mistakes of my…read morelife. We bought one 5 years ago, and it's been nothing but problems since day one. By 2024, the camper was completely totaled from leaks and damage. From the start: the roof had a staple in it, they didn't seal around the slide-out edges, and the slide-out wasn't set properly. We dealt with leaks for years, the refrigerator had to be replaced, and water damage destroyed parts of the floor. Mobile RV repair techs have told me that 75% of their work is fixing Johnston RV's mistakes. They sell you on their "Lifetime Warranty" -- what a joke. They're rude once you've signed the papers, and I even found out they make money off the interest on your loan. The only genuinely nice people we ever met were other customers in the same boat. If you're considering Johnston RV, do yourself a favor: pay for an independent RV inspection before buying. They push walkthroughs quickly and hope you don't notice the issues. I've talked to other buyers and repair techs over the years, and the message is the same: Never buy from Johnston RV! Don't let the "Home of the Lifetime Warranty" line fool you. Save yourself thousands in repair bills and endless headaches -- shop somewhere else.

I spoke with Jordan over the phone and he actually walked me through his to fix the issue myself. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined but when you're stressed and tired it helps to have someone walk you through the process. He didn't need to come out, I would have gladly paid for the knowledge and patience but he didn't charge me. That says a lot about his character and work ethic, it is very much appreciated.
