When I confronted the owner, he gave me, "What do you want me to do." Took my 92-93 year old neighbors car, the Wallaces, their for their tires because that what they wanted. We pulled off the highway, and looked up the nearest mechanic, and by some stroke of absolute luck, it turned out to be Warrior Tire Pros. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jeff. He was incredibly friendly and just fantastic with the kids. We explained to him what was wrong, as he made sure to get every detail about the order of events, and then let us know about a playground nearby that we could take the kids as well as another room with a large table where they could play. He then even offered to loan us a truck to grab breakfast in case the kids hadn't eaten yet. Not too long after, Jeff came back with some info and his honest opinion and let us decide what we'd like to do. The great part about it was how frank and honest he was about everything as he explained in detail each option. We ended up leaving not too long after, our car running great. As we headed to the Gulf Shores, we were grateful to have run into Warrior Tire & Auto Pros and all their staff. I can't recommend them enough.
