I stopped at a hotel for the night, Google somehow connected us, and this man sat on the phone with me patiently answering all my questions. Was this a scam? (no) You would come to me? He sent out one of his service professionals and I was back in the road the next morning, most amazingly, for a good price.

The text road chat said Spears Company would assist me. It would be approximately 90 minutes before they could get to me. A gentleman whose name was Johnathon called me almost immediately. I told him my location. He said he had just got into wafflehouse to get him something to eat because he had not eaten. Then there was a long pause. Almost as if I were supposed to respond about his accidental fast. It's hot and I need my tire changed. I do not care that you have mismanaged your time and haven't had anything to eat. He got there twenty minutes later after telling me to be safe. He never was cross with me but he was a bit pushy. I need your expertise sir. I am sorry that my tire inconvenienced you. If I were to ever have a roadside need again I hope they don't use this company. My experience was very strained and I do not recommend.

And since our lives are sheer chaos, the thought of not having to go and wait or even drive to a tire place REALLY appealed to me. And honestly, it wasn't that much more expensive than going to one of those places. Don't get me wrong, I love my mechanic. But he is REALLY far away and all we needed was new tires. So when I heard Carl would pick up tires, come to my house and the most I had to do was hand over my credit card... sign me up!! I called him and he said he had a little later appointment, but he could make it work. We had a miscommunication about whether I had the tires or not and he came. But as soon as we cleared it up, he got the tires and was back in no time. The process was seamless, Carl was so nice and again, I will not do this any other way.
