I'm from Tuscumbia and was driving home from Birmingham when I had a blowout on I-65 in a pretty…read morerural area. It was over 100 degrees, and after sitting in my vehicle for a while trying to figure out what to do, I realized I couldn't get a mobile tire service and, since it was Saturday afternoon, most shops were already closed. I ended up walking nearly two miles to a gas station for help. When I got there, the attendant didn't hesitate--he said, "Warrior Tire." That recommendation turned out to be one of the biggest blessings of my day. When I was finally able to get my vehicle to the shop, I explained everything that had happened, along with my history of tire issues. I also shared that I've felt taken advantage of by repair shops in the past because I'm not very knowledgeable about cars. Anita at the front desk and the guys in the shop treated me with so much kindness, honesty, and respect. They took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand and were completely transparent with me. Unfortunately, the news wasn't what I wanted to hear--my vehicle was beyond repair--but they were honest instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need and letting me leave in a very unsafe vehicle like previous shops had apparently done. As a single mom who works in the nonprofit field, losing my vehicle was one of the hardest days I've had in a long time. Reliable transportation isn't a luxury for me--it's how I take care of my daughter and get to work. I was emotional, and every single person there was patient, compassionate, and understanding. Since I live about an hour and a half away, they even allowed me to leave my vehicle there because it wasn't safe to drive. The person who had brought me to the shop had already left because we thought my vehicle would be repaired, so I was stranded trying to figure out how to get home. Anita went above and beyond by calling one of her personal friends, who drove me all the way back to Tuscumbia. They wouldn't even let me pay for gas. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Warrior Tire reminded me that there are still genuinely good people out there. They didn't just help with my car--they helped me through one of the most stressful days of my life with compassion and integrity. If you're ever in the area and need honest people who truly care, this is the place to go. I'll never forget the kindness they showed me.

I was panicked because I was alone with my three children and had no idea how we were going to get home! I looked on Google maps to see if I could locate a repair shop nearby and found Warrior Tire & Auto Service. They were so kind and the owner himself drove over to the Volero gas station to inspect my car. He got it running enough to drive it back to their shop where they promptly fixed the issue. Jeff took the time to explain everything to me and even offered to talk to my husband on the phone. I'm so grateful for his kindness, generosity, and hospitality. If I lived nearby, I would use their shop exclusively for all my car repairs. Highly recommend!

In fact, I will stay 100% away from this person and highly recommend you do the same. Just yesterday I was in the area, I am not from there, with my 2 month old son. I had no idea where to park to go to the business across the the street. There are no signs indicating that I could not park there, no signs saying it was private property- so I took it upon myself to park there for a short time. When I came out there was a car parked directly behind my car, i was blocked in and could not get out. This was intentional as there were at least 3 other spots available. I waited for the man, since he would not answer my phone calls to ask him if he could move this car. While waiting I found out that the car was intact his car and it was his right to block me in intentionally. When he arrived I was kind and asked if the car could be moved so I could get out. He said no, I told him my two month old was with me and I needed to get home to my kids, he shrugged his shoulders. It was 4 pm and I asked if he knew when it could be moved, he then said 730 or 8! I said again, sir I have a hungry baby with me. He said "that's not my problem". After two visits from the cops - who were incredibly rude and not helpful what so ever, the shop owner across the street drove my car down a steep hill almost flipping it, driving on three wheels and getting stuck to the point one of his employees had to push him out just so I could go home. As soon as I left - the owner of this store, moved that car! What nerve and inconsideration! I will never recommend him- he's a terrible human! Do not give him your money!
