I made an appointment and showed up while on my lunch break. I was met by Andy and an associate. They were beyond friendly. Andy actually drove me to the rental car place for me to get my rental. Super friendly and felt like I'd known him forever. It took a while, there had been bad weather here around the same time if not prior.
