I decided to give Cool Wave a try. As I drove up to the kiosk the touch screen took a while to calibrate. I was about to kick it in reverse. Finally, I paid for my car wash and proceeded forward. The attendant guided me onto the rails. He looked insure. Then he told me to reverse-then forward- then neutral. While I am on the rails my steering wheel is just going back and forth. When I get out to vaccum I see my liscence plate holder is cracked and my license is bent. I look at the car beside me and his is too. Beware, the rails may tear up your license plate. read more

7/6/21: Joined their carwash program & ended up cancelling it a few days later. The wash wasn't good and somehow the paint on the hood of my car got scuffed. My car was still dirty (and I'm not talking about the stuck on bug goo)...I'm talking about dirt/mud. The customer service was good. The guy signing me up for their program was flirty and funny. Good sales tactics. Lol. I didn't have a problem with the service. This rating is only for the quality of carwash I received. The vacuum's suction was low also, so some of the dirt on my rugs wouldn't get sucked up. My carwash experience was bad. I won't be going back. read more

HORRIBLE CAR WASH! DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE! Washed it 3 times and still completely dirty. Rims weren't even touched. Soap was left all over my vehicle. Claimed couldn't refund my money. Recommended me to another location 18 minutes away. Refused me access to restroom claiming "employees only" however there was no sign stating that. And was told that's why there are rags available so I can basically hand wipe my car bc its a "30 year old car wash" so dont expect much from here. read more

You know, I really feel bad for this business. Here it is a 60 plus degrees on a beautiful sunny day and this business was not busy at all. Honestly, I wouldn't have came by here either had it not been for the Rip Tide down the street having a line out into the street and I didn't wanna wait. But I have been here before I just done frequent them because it's kinda outta the way for me. On arrival I went right to the payment keyosk, no line, no waiting. The wash prices were a little on the expensive side, especially compared to the actual wash you get, but they do have free vacuum and detail area. I think I ordered the ultimate package which included under carriage, rain-ex, armor all the tires and blow dry. Going through the wash I notice the suds were not great. After the wash, I looked at my care. The gloss on the tires was not great, I could barely see it. The car was clean. In the detail area the vacuums did not have much suction so a little extra effort is needed. There is lots of space to detail. There is a professional detailing area in the rear of the business. In the end I will come back here but it will not be my first preference. Happy Yelping. read more

Before it was Cool wave I came here when it was Surfs up $5.00 car wash. Of course no one does the five dollar wash. This place does offer a 3.00 pollen buster. I thought that was cool. I usually pick the middle package for 10.00. The attendants have been nice in the past. But this last adventure the guy guiding me into the tunnel was less than sweet. He kind of grunted at me. I am just saying there is no reason to be rude to customers no matter how your day went. It would be nice if the guy guiding car in would also use the brush to wash the license plates front and back like they used to do. Then he might feel better about doing more on the job. Not sure if his name but Maybe he was having an off day. The wash and vacuum deal is awesome. I love that I can do the vacuuming and detail my car while there. read more

This place is a dump, 0 star actually. I paid $20 for a car wash and it didn't dry my car not even a little. The dryer blowers never came on. I had to dry it myself. Brand new f150 just purchased not even 2 months ago front plate and part of the plastic bumper was ripped off during the wash cycle . As my husband was walking up to one of the work he had our front plate in his hand. I was told someone would contact me in 72 hours but was not given a number or a name.
