She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. I took my truck to a reputable automotive repair shop and it was the expansion valve that was not allowing Freon to circulate through the compressor. He told me they should have noticed it wasn't cooling.
