Ordered Last July 31, until now I haven't receive my purchased cards. No one has actually help me with this issue. I have been sending them emails to track my parcel but all I received are their apology. I need the cards that I purchased. They send it thru USPS, and the product has not moved Since Sept 5. I had ordered some items from this merchant online. I understand the policy that they will only ship my order when everything is in stock. Here is the problem. Almost a year to the day and they had neither shipped me anything nor did they bother to communicate the fact that there was an ongoing delay with the item. However, they did charge me for the order the day it was placed. I finally contacted them asked them to cancel my order and return my money. This they did after a few emails back and forth. Here is my issues: 1) You should communicate with your customers. If after 90days you are having trouble getting a specific item that is preventing all other items from being shipped, send an email. This can even be automated. 2) Remove the default header and footer in your emails. This caused me only to get more angry because there was a misunderstanding due again to poor communication. 3) Offer the option to ship backordered items separately. At least customers have an option I will admit, they have some of the best prices on items. However, I have decided to use someone else from now on. Why? Same issue, I ordered an item and it is backordered. The day after, they contact me and said "Hey, this item is going to hold up everything else and we have little confidence on the release date. We can ship the rest and get you on a priority list for this item so you can order again when we know it will ship" BOOM! How hard was that? Will be shopping someplace else for now. read more

Bought MTG cards from us, sent us a check and the check didn't clear. Was charged $15.00 fee on top of the check not clearing.

It's really upsetting that I have to give them at least a single star. I'm a business professional and I've been gaming since I was about 8 or 9 years old. I'm very busy as I also write fantasy novels and compete in mixed martial arts and other combat sports. At 34 years old, I just simply have little time and often find myself paying for convenience due to the lack of time I have to deal with necrotic situations. I ordered 302.95 cents worth of figurines for a specific weekend at a friend's gaming store. And I paid additional postage to get it here on time. this was on 10/13/17 They emailed me on 10/19/17. Now I paid for postage to have it here within 3-5 business days. You can easily discern that if they're emailing me approximately 6 days later, then I haven't received my package obviously. So, I called them and left them 3 messages over the weekend, and finally called them again today 10/26/17 to find out where the shipment was. NNow, admittedly I didn't have my login to the account I created with them, id used it 2 or 3 times maybe and I hadn't used it in well over a year. So I signed in as a guest. Get this: their reason for the shipment being lost and no phone calls was because I signed in as a guest and they couldn't link it to my account? So what if I was a guest? There would be no account to link it to? The gentlemen had no words. I then asked as politely as I could, listen things happen, we're human. I think for me counting on coolstuffinc. paying the additional postage and nothing coming through, you guys should at least try to accommodate me in some way... (throw in a dollar figurine) offer me a 10 percent discount on my next purchase, something! Their reply was... they could refund me the shipping and handling i paid extra for.... I replied "You mean I can have the money back i paid for shipping and handling (fast shipping) for the items that were NEVER SHIPPED! and excitedly he says "yep! that's what my managed told me to tell you!" I said, nevermind, just cancel my order. I recommend Troll and Toad or miniatures market over these guys all day long. I spend 1000s on gaming stuff because i run games often, to help support and finance my fantasy novels and I'm telling you, 100% worst business I've ever done in gaming.... and gaming is a business I've been apart of my entire life! -Dallas S. I took my kids here, one is a huge Yugioh/Pokemon fan the other likes board games and My Little Pony. We got there an hour before they opened and a staff member opened early just to let us in. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The board game selection is amazing! Nothing you could find at the local toy stores. We got a really cool game called Dixit and have been playing ever since. read more

They processed the large order quickly with no issues, and I was able to order a ton of boargames from them the same day I got the email with the store credit! order from here 4 times total on 3 different times.also worth mentioning i live only 2 hours tops away(inn daytona beach area)from storfront.so my first time i ordered with 2day shippin included but it didnt ship out til 3days after order placed(excluding weekends)and ended up shipping it without 3 cards because they were out of stock but wasnt brought to my attention considering it was in(proccessed" for a full day. my 2nd and 3rd time was 1day appart (saterday and sunday)they were shipped out monday and came on wedensday both of them.perfect well normal time considering the distance between the storfront and my home.but the 4th and final time i orderd it was on a sunday and it said it was shipped out monday the 6th but has yet to arrive on the 9th and when i call about it i get lil to no assistance. read more

Sold $1200 in MTG sealed and singles. With some product being returned check and sealed are still MIA. Poor communication via email, no return phone calls. I suggest selling elsewhere. Hopefully this will draw some attention to get my issue resolved. read more
