They even have stuff for kids. The staff were super nice. We were helped by Brenden. We will definitely be back! They just gained some regulars!!

This review is strictly about how the owner chose to handle the situation. I went in looking to buy a structure deck for the new Gundam card game that just released. The staff member confirmed they had four decks in stock, but said they weren't selling them yet because they hadn't received their full shipment and were worried about scalpers. I completely understood that concern, so I explained I only wanted one deck for myself. Even then, she said the owner refused to sell them because they wanted to use the decks for an event to teach people how to play. I mentioned I wouldn't be able to attend the event and just wanted to buy the product, but they still said no. I honestly don't know how they're going to run an event with only four structure decks. It's frustrating to be turned away when they clearly had the product in stock, especially since I've had several good experiences with this shop in the past. Again, I really appreciate how well the staff member handled the situation. Unfortunately, the owner's decision here made for a very disappointing experience. If you're looking for Gundam products, this is not the store to go to.

As a customer who has spent over $3,000 on singles in the last 8 months with Coolstuffinc, my…read moreloyalty has been met with poor quality control and unacceptable customer service. While I have noticed minor inconsistencies in grading in the past and chose not to make a fuss, my most recent order crossed a line where I felt the need to reach out. One of the cards ordered was advertised as "Near Mint," but I received a card with physical damage, including deep pen indentations When I contacted customer service about the misgraded item, the only resolution offered was a $2.00 credit or free shipping on my next order. This offer is completely inadequate--it neither compensates for the significant drop in value nor provides the expected remedy of a replacement card in correct condition as per their website's return policy. Coolstuffinc needs to honor its grading standards and provide fair resolutions to long-term customers who receive damaged goods. Buyers beware: "Near Mint" may mean "Damaged." Given their quality control and refusal to make it right, I strongly recommend finding another card store for your purchases.

For over a year now, almost every single order (1 out of 10 at least) has been wrong in some way - damaged cards portrayed as NM, wrong cards sent, parts of the order missing and nothing said to me until I reached out to them, only for them to say "oh yup, we didn't have it so we didn't send it". A prior order I had placed they "lost" a valuable and desired card and so refunded me. They ended up getting said card in stock again months later, so I decided to give them one last chance. I ordered it. They sent me the wrong card. (Ordered Holo, received non-holo promo.) I will never purchase from them again.

I'm only recently a nerd and even then only slightly and honestly didn't know what to expect from this place but my fiancé and I have recently begun playing co-op board games and started noticing that often times cool games online would have the best prices and so a curiosity about new games and slender wallets drove me to check out CoolStuffGames. I went on an early Sunday afternoon and there was a light scattering of people at the tables playing various games. Along one wall were computers and across part of two others were various games for purchase. The staff was very friendly and informed me that they were the warehouse location so anything I didn't see I could go look up on their website using one of the desktops, add it to my cart and the computer would give me an order number to give to a staff member who would go get the item I wanted to purchase from the back room. Many of their prices were less than amazon, the space was clean and after seeing how orderly everything was set up I decided that even if a tournament was going on It would not be too overwhelming to stop by. Definitely beats combing through target or toys-r-us in search of games!
