I started working with James for…read moremy shoulder from volleyball wear and tear and then later issues with my neck from extensive computer use. Last year I had ACL reconstruction and James helped me with range of motion prior to surgery and has been helping me progress since the surgery. I overused my knee a couple of months ago as I was starting to see my physical ability come back and set myself back by about 2 months. This was the same time my work schedule ramped up and I was sitting for far too many hours a day unsupported. James helped me identify what was limiting my progress to focus on that so I could finally get back to the gym and rebuild my strength. James always sends me out the door with exercises that focus on and progress my own ability on my time to build strength and uses the time in his office to really work through my issues. I cannot recommend James and Placer Physical Therapy enough. Their office is clean and organized, Kristi at the front desk is attentive, thorough and efficient and Jeremy has helped my brother through his own hamstring issues.
