I had made an appointment for Gabriella A the day before and even confirmed the hair appointment on the app. I arrived 30 minutes early on Tuesday and spoke with a girl working inside briefly. However, she informed me that she couldn't take me as she had a customer on the way. She mentioned that my stylish would arrive at 12:30, which was my scheduled appointment time. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, I discovered that the manager had called and informed the girl that Gabriella wouldn't be in today. I was extremely frustrated because although there was another barber available a male, I wanted specifically to be attended by Gabriella. Consequently, I was very upset and decided to leave at that point. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Either your reservation system is crap or your employees can't get there act together to get to work. Maybe, I'll just take my business back to Floyd's 99 Barbershop. They were more organized and never had an issue of this kind. read more

I hate giving a Yelp review because I always try to give a business a second chance. However, the customer service I received today from the black lady barber was the worst customer service in my life. She treated me like a garbage. I thought she was having a bad day but she was different to other customers. The 2 Barber's (the black guy and the white girl with blue hair); They tried to undue her bad customer experience and fixing the awkward situation; thank you for that . on the other hand, the black guy barber did a really good job on my nephew's hair , he really likes it. If you have curly hair DO NOT get your haircut by Greg I walked in with 3 to 3.5 inches of hair and just wanted a trim to get it out of my face a bit. I said a 1 fade on the side and take at most half an inch off. I came out looking like I'm from the trolls movie. He also put this pomade thing in my hair and now I'm just itchy even after taking a shower. I've gone here one or two other times and got dj as my barber and she did an amazing job. STAY AWAY! Decided to check out this new spot near me as my usual barber was booked up. The shop itself is is clean and nicely designed with plenty of TVs throughout the shop.Asked for my typical taper, the stylist seemed to know what she was doing. However, I ended up with a terrible haircut, the cut is completely uneven and she gave me 2 bald spots on the back of my head. I had come in with my father and little brother to get a haircut. My father had reservations for a cut for two people; him and my little brother, upon entering into the facility, we were greeted with a woman who was extremely rude and impatient. My family is Indian therefor we are not accustomed to being spoken to with such disgust and disrespect. We had asked if our appointment was ready and the woman at the front desk who is from an African-American background (this is to clarify, who this woman is and should not be interpreted with any other meaning) told us that only one person could get a haircut because "she had messed up the appointment and accidentally selected a cut for 1 person." We asked if they can squeeze in another cut because the mistake was not at our fault, she rudely declined and said "no, we don't have time for another person." My father and I looked at each other with a face of shock because of the way and tone we had been spoken too. She told us to pick a person to get the haircut so I told her my little brother will get the cut. After that, my brother was in his seat and the woman cutting his hair was the same person at the front desk; who was being very rude to us. She asked me what my little brother would like to get done and i had told her he would like a comb-over with a fade on the side. Before I could finish my sentence , she cut me off and told me that she doesn't have time to do that haircut; which was very weird and I found to be extremely ill-mannered, what do you mean you don't have time to cut the hair that I had asked for. After she had said that my dad came in to suggest a haircut in which he said "cut the sides a 1 and the top 4" in which the woman started to get loud and rudely said "no way! His hair is gonna be messed up" and my dad didn't say anything to cool his temper he sat back down. After he sat down the woman started laughing and all the other coworkers were making rude comments toward us. Such as "how can you cut his hair that short, that's stupid", and after those comments laughing at us and especially my father. My family was disrespected here and I will never be back here and recommend EVERYONE to NEVER get a haircut from this place. They are not nice and have a very bad temper, they do not respect the customer and have an impolite manner towards the customer. If the owner is reading this I would highly recommend you let-go of ur disrespectful, ill-mannered, un-pleasant, discourteous workers. They will not make ur business thrive and run it into the ground by making you lose all of your customers. read more
