The photo quality is better than any other photobooth I've seen and our guests loved the photos. We also added an option where guests could record an audio message and my husband and I had the best time listening to  all the messages from our guests.  They showed up early for set up, sent us everything the day after our event and were super thoughtful in saving hard copies for us. Will absolutely be hiring Amazebooths for future events!

Even the kids gave us great feedback There are many that provide this service so why use Smiles and Beyond? - We were lucky to reach out to them last minute and they were able to come out to our party. So flexibility - across all aspects. - Pricing is very fair. The service alone was above and beyond from our experience. -- Most importantly - they went above and beyond. We had a projector and some speakers (not that great). Leo asked me if we wanted him to hook up his speaker and projector. I said no it'll do not wanting to bother. He said no, it has to be perfect and so we switched to Leo's speaker and video adapter. So glad we did! (My husband got sick last year and we had to cancel our wedding so this was a way to celebrate our union with family and friends). Leo could have stayed at the booth doing what we hired him for, instead he saw me struggling a little and offered to help. Ella and Leo even came looking for me at the end of the party before packing up just to see if there was anyone else I wanted to take a picture with - knowing I did not get to take many pictures at all while entertaining our guests. So although many will provide a service ... very few actually put people first - and Leo and Ella did just that. From our very first contact - their attention to detail and especially the caring human touch was truly impeccable. With the rain and another party to go to - they did not run out the door when the clock hit 4. Instead Leo and Ella made sure our guests and I were happy - me especially :) Would use them again and if you're shopping around - at least meet with Leo and Ella. The only thing you have to lose is possibly a vendor that cares more about your needs than the paycheck at the end of the party. And I genuinely mean that.

Some back story: Two weeks before my wife's birthday, the DJ I hired told me that he could no longer make it, but that he had worked with Eric in the past, and that he already arranged for Eric to take over. Of course I freaked out because I did a lot of work to find the right DJ, and I had no idea who Eric was. However, after speaking with Eric, I got the feeling that I was dealing with a real pro and that things would go well. Not only did things go well, but Eric communicated regularly throughout the next three weeks, arrived early, played all the songs on my (much too long play list), mixed in great tunes that he curated, and made the party a tremendous success. He kept the vibe going and our guests dancing all night long. Eric and Joseph, GREAT JOB! Thank you so much for everything!
