Best props of any photo booth I have ever seen. Period. My wife and I hired 321 Photo Booth for our wedding and this was probably one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. First, from day 1, we worked with David L., the owner, and he was absolutely professional, cordial and very easy to work with. From the designing of our photo strip to the selection of props, David guided us. Although his service was fantastic, and taking nothing away from him, what really sold us and led us to signing with him was his photo booth props! They are truly one of a kind. From ramen bowls and Chinese takeout boxes to giant baseballs and a Panda mascot head, the props are what sets 321 apart from the rest. Like I said, it doesn't hurt that David is a cool guy as well. Since David has worked so many private events and weddings, he had the process down pat. He had worked at our venue (CHCC) a number of times and he knew exactly where he was going to set up and how to work with the venue. Since we had reached out to him months in advance and were the first wedding party to sign with him for our wedding day, he personally manned the photo booth on the day of, which was rather cool. It's basically a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you are lucky enough to be the first to sign with him for a specific day, he will typically work your event, however he informed us that he has quite a few assistants who are just as cool and capable. For our wedding, there is no other way to put it other than the fact that they were the life of the party. Our guests could not get enough of using the photo booth. In fact, so many photos were taken that our signing book was filled with photo booth photos front and back! From the moment our reception started to the end, guests lined up to use the photo booth. It was actually quite shocking to see how long the line was for it during parts of the reception. And those props? Our guests used them to their fullest potential and we ended up with so many fantastic and creative photos for our collection. Just an FYI, the wedding couple gets a copy of every photo strip taken at the wedding, which is awesome. We feel that if we had chosen another photo booth company, it wouldn't have been the same because many props that other photo booth companies use are quite generic. I don't know, I don't want to write this review because I'm sad and disappointed to. I came to 321photo booth because props looked amazing as well as the great reviews. I know my younger guests would have enjoyed this photo booth. I didn't ask for much except an occasional email/text here and there regarding they received my check or not which response was very slow. I expressed my dissatisfaction and my growing lack of trust due to the response rate of emails and I got an apology. I moved on and tried my best to forget about it and start with a clean slate thinking, "maybe it was just a miscommunication". *my whole thought process was: 1)find photo booth 2)book it 3) pay deposit 4) expect a "yes, deposit received!" 5) I'll say "great see you in a few months with my other half of the payment and your photo booth at my venue" I was told I'll be emailed the photo booth pictures and I waited two weeks for it, I got nothing. So I didn't think much of it and took the liberty to just ask for it myself. To my surprised, they responded in less than an hour with a Dropbox of all my pictures. I was happy to see the first half of the 168 pictures (which isn't a lot). Then the other half just made me annoyed and pretty pissed. I paid $800 + $100 for a gold drop background and instead I got this: see below. I'm over here thinking, "what we're they doing this whole time when the camera shifted? did they walk away from the booth? Who allowed this to happen for the remaining pictures taken?" Im starting to get this feeling that they were hoping I wouldn't ask for it so they wouldn't have to send it to me. I wrote an email telling them about my disappointment and no one bothered to respond. Truly the worst customer service from beginning to end. If you want rude and non existing service, feel free to go here. They managed to allow half my pictures printed with the background of the venues wall exposed on the right side of each picture. They couldn't bother to let me know, apologize, or at least try to cover it up by cropping the pictures. $900 dollars wasted and probably spiteful because the person handling the booth was careless and David was hovering over my photographer (what gives?). I can't believe that they didn't bothered to email me an apology and even tried to crop it out to hide the fact that this is a total screw up. (I would have been fine with that - seriously I am not that hard to please because I have my own business and I know how customers can be annoying). I wrote an email telling them what happened and to be mindful next time. No response for 3 days and I've decided 72 hours is plenty of time for anyone to read emails and just write a "sorry". Truly a letdown and should have trusted my guts the first time when I felt I couldn't trust them due to poor response rate. read more

They are unique and not your typical boring props. You can even ask them to customize you your own prop for a little charge. I attended a company Christmas party @ Riverpark on 12/20/18. If I could give them zero stars I would. The person attending the booth was didn't seem personable at all and was unprepared. When I asked why we weren't getting any print outside he said that the had run out of ink. You are there for an event and this is what you were hired for and you dont have ink!? When I asked if the would post them to the website he said no that by putting in your email you will receive the pictures, yeah everyone I've talked to never recieved their pictures and it's been 4 days now. I found 321 through yelp/ google and because of all the great reviews here on yelp. I decided to go with David and 321. It seemed great in the beginning but for some reason David didn't respond to our emails about the contract and other questions for a month. I'm sure he either forgot or maybe didn't feel we were important but I didn't like the fact that I was ignored. After getting a response from David, it took maybe another 2 weeks for him to respond again. We had to go with another company because we just couldn't trust 321 to show up to our wedding if they can't respond to an email. I hired 321 for a 30th birthday party that took place this past weekend. From start to finish this was one of the best vendors I have worked with. David was super responsive but not overbearing and worked with me to get a package that fit my needs and my budget. Last minute I decided to add a photo book and he was able to provide an extra attendant to be in charge of the book. The set up was quick and seamless and their props are awesome.
