We recently had the pleasure of working with evolving events. Eric was our MC and Tiffany DJ for our vow renewal, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! They were responsive to our emails and phone calls, and they were always willing to answer our questions and address our concerns. There questionnaire was detailed and covered everything you can think of. On the day of our vow renewal, Eric and Tiffany arrived early to set up and soundcheck. They also took the time to meet with our other vendors and coordinate the timeline for the event. This helped to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day of. Eric did a fantastic job of keeping the event flowing. He was engaging with our guests and made sure that everyone had a good time. He also helped us to announce the different parts of the ceremony and reception, and he introduced our speakers and made custom announcements. Tiffany played a great mix of music that appealed to all of our guests. She kept the dance floor full all night long, and she even took requests from our guests. Two of the highlights of our event were the smoke machine and the photo booth. Evolving Events provided both of these services, and they were a huge hit with our guests. The smoke machine added a touch of drama to our first dance, and the photo booth was a great way for our guests to capture memories of the night. Eric of Evolving Events NYC is truly amazing to work with. I went to a wedding years and years ago and he was the Dj and i knew that one day if i ever got married he would be who i used. He had everyone dancing all night to hit after hit. Not only did he go above and beyond to figure out our style and the type of Music we wanted at our wedding but he also made custom mixes of metal/ dance songs for my husband to incorporate his rocker side without interrupting the upbeat vibes of the wedding. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night at our wedding too. He does whatever he can for his clients. Even after the wedding one of our guest wanted his mix/mash up of a certain song he made/played and he sent it to them instantly. Communication was easy, he answered almost immediately always and if he didn't right away he got back in a reasonable time frame. The day of the wedding he was calm through all the hiccups we had (because of our venue) and professional. He helped with the timeline for the wedding day, rolled with any of our requests like traditional Georgian dancers and Russian/Armenian music, to handing out tambourines, to creating a poll for us so our friends and family could vote on our first dance, to playing dancehall to disco, to metal to pitbull and everything in between. His staff was so cooperative, friendly and fun. Pricing was extremely reasonable with many options and add ones. We added a photo booth, cloud dancing, cold sparklers and more. He arrived early and stayed late. I strongly would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Evolving Entertainment was incredible. If you're looking for a Dj that is nice, easy to communicate with, fair priced, will go above and beyond for you, will play any genre of music, will keep your guests on the dance floor all night- look no further. I couldn't have asked for a better entertainment group. Eric and Evolving Events NYC are truly the best of the best and they had our reception running smoothly all night. Before the reception even happened Eric and Jumpin Jay were able to make the whole process simple by helping us break it down and figure out what song should go where and how the whole night should be played out. I got married on September 13th and have not stopped receiving compliments on the entertainment! EvolvingEventsNYC provided us with the most memorable night! The photo booth was amazing from the props, to the quality of the photos, all the way to the amazingly helpful attendant! Our dance floor? Packed the whole night! There was a great variety in music genre's and the DJ kept it fun, classy, and only a lil' trashy (when requested by me). When I booked, Eric was very detailed with me and my husband and always available when we had questions. He stayed true to the DJ questionnaire that was filled out prior to the event...BUT...also still confirmed the details with us on the day of. I booked Evolving Events NYC for my wedding this past Friday and one word I can describe it as an "Experience" every detail was 10/10, sound quality, visual work, lighting, MC was AWESOME , had the guests really involved with the event. Eric and his DJ are so patient and understanding about how you want your event to go and they mastered it without a doubt.Eric is customer driven and you can feel that energy when in one of his events, he really does outstanding work and the execution of it all comes second to none in my eyes.Getting them out their seats for the dance floor and dancing all night! This summer (August 1, 2019) we hired Evolving Events NYC as host, DJ, and Photo-booth technician for our wedding. Eric and his team surpassed our expectations in every way. We celebrated our wedding this past September. It was a beautiful blend of Hispanic and Indian cultures, and our DJ played a pivotal role in making our special day truly unforgettable. It was such an AMAZING experience!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The DJ was great! The MC was engaging and super fun! It was a great choice and EVERYONE at my office holiday party had a BLAST!!!! even now the guests (outside the office) are still buzzing about it!!! Eric and his team did such an amazing job for our wedding! He kept everyone dancing and he knew the right songs to play to make sure everyone had fun. I never told Eric this when I spoke to him but it's pretty difficult to get my husband and I up and dancing and they did just that! I had so much fun and they played all the right songs. Hands down the BEST DJ in the tri-state area! Our biggest worry was having a dead dance floor, especially with a mix of younger and older guests.
