He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. My event went off without a hitch and that would absolutely not have happened without Partners in Sound. Leading up to the event - Anthony met me at the space to do a walkthrough and gave me great pointers on set up and layout of the space. Anytime I had a question he was very easy to reach through call / email / text. Day of event - their team arrived on time and ready to go. Set up and break down of 40 large banquet tables, many bistro tables and chairs is never easy. They nailed it. They even had tech staff onsite throughout the entire event to monitor the sound and ensure that everything was running smoothly. Their prices are extremely fair. As emcee for the night, Ben couldn't have been more professional. His announcements were clear, even the difficult names were pronounced perfectly, and every music cue during our cocktail hour, ceremony, cake cutting, and reception was perfectly timed.
