Tried to book, no luck, terrible communication. After responding to me initially and providing a quote, they didn't respond when I asked about insurance and electrical needs. I tried asking again after 5 days of no reply, and got a "sorry I'm no longer available." They also never provided a name, so I have no idea who I was communicating with. Is this a legitimate business...? *update*: from an email I received 5 minutes after posting this review: "...I could have also taken your money and run but I did the honorable thing and told you I'm no longer available" ...do with that what you will. read more

This was so much fun! Everyone had a blast with the mirror photo booth.

Terrible customer service and the owner was very inpatient. Our house did not have enough electricity to power the photo booth. A smart company would have back up lighting and a generator as back ups to power their own equipment. I was unable to get the service and they still charged me full price. Do not use, very unreasonable. It was an unforeseen circumstance that lighting and power was not sufficient so this company should have all their own equipment and contingency plans to please their clients. Very disappointing and dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend. read more

Mystery Mirror was amazing to work with! They were very responsive before our event and gave us different options for the printout design before I gave final approval. At the event, they worked with a small space to fit what we wanted even though it was a difficult setup for them. Our guests had so much fun with the photobooth and props they provided!
