We used her cranberry jam in of our seasonal cranberry macarons and her raspberry jam our February's white chocolate raspberry macarons! STORYTIME: One time my wife and I got so busy baking our macarons for the market and properly using Evelyn's jam in our recipe that we had totally forgotten our personal jar of cranberry jam. We left it in the hot car for almost a full week (jar was not in the sun). We whined to Evelyn and asked if it was still okay to eat. And she told us this: FUN FACT: the shelf life of these things are amazing! As long as it's sealed, it stays fresh for a long time. And Evelyn always sells her jars fresh. We will eventually use more of her fresh jams in our recipes. Until then. Go check out her shop!!!
