That thing was so good I briefly questioned every chili dog I had eaten before it. Then my wife had the plain dog with mustard... and THAT may have been the most dangerous decision of the night. Apparently it wasn't just a hot dog ...it may have been an appetizer for Amorous Congress . My wife became very handsy after dinner, and now we're waiting to see if Duff's Dogs has added another customer to the family. We'll know soon! Needless to say, I'll be back. We used her cranberry jam in of our seasonal cranberry macarons and her raspberry jam our February's white chocolate raspberry macarons! STORYTIME: One time my wife and I got so busy baking our macarons for the market and properly using Evelyn's jam in our recipe that we had totally forgotten our personal jar of cranberry jam. We left it in the hot car for almost a full week (jar was not in the sun). We whined to Evelyn and asked if it was still okay to eat. And she told us this: FUN FACT: the shelf life of these things are amazing! As long as it's sealed, it stays fresh for a long time. And Evelyn always sells her jars fresh. We will eventually use more of her fresh jams in our recipes. Until then. Go check out her shop!!!
