This is the place to go for the best deals in town. The customer service is wonderful and they have an abundant assortment of goods to fit all your needs and desires. read more

Everything's very unorganized and unprofessional, you walk in and you get forgot about. Most of the works are lost and don't know what they are talking about. Workers just standing around and talking, a really loud girl kept laughing and going back and forth from the bathroom. Go to the back can't even get simple information on basic tree. read more

This dispensary is trash I've been going here for over a year and there service 1 for medical patients is completely garbage now if you in a hurry definitely do not come here. 2 they post "BOGO"s on there website and then change there daily deals the morning of I woke up at 8am to get a timeless vapes "BOGO" and upon arriving was informed the deal was changed and I had to wait 30 minutes behind recreational pot heads who can't even decided between an Indica or sativa if there last bag of Cheetos depended on it but anyways my point is this place is steaming hot dog shit read more

Came in to buy some things recreationally with my boyfriend. Jose helped us out. He knew exactly what to recommend to us based off of our wants. He had a great energy and the entire experience was great. 10 out of 10 would recommend getting with Jose to figure out exactly what you need for a great experience. read more

I am absolutely appalled at the lack of care fore medical patients I use theses things and medicine to be able to function and to just lump everyone together with all the other Yahoo's who only wanna use this for fun is completely in acceptable! read more

Great deals, great works, positive atmosphere. Recommend this place 100%!! Never disappoints

No separate line for med and rec, wait time is over an hour even if you order pickup. Not worth it when no other dispensary operates like this read more

The quality of there product and the staff have really fallen apart. What used to be a great dispensary is no longer. Will be taking my business elsewhere read more

Friendly staff, good selection. I really like the vibe of this place and the deals are usually decent.

This dispensary takes their time getting to walk in customers. Very frustrating when you see bud tenders not doing anything

This place has easily turned into one of the crappiest dispensaries in tempe. Staff is either super happy and eager to help you out or look like they hate you and don't treat you the best, every time I do a pick up order at least 1 thing is wrong. Sad because i have been going to nirvana (just a different location) for quite some time. read more

Won't be coming back after this last trip sadly, but the first time I came here I asked for an indica and the guy man splained weed to me and kept pushing a hybrid on me and I'm not a fussy person so in the end he won and I bought the hybrid. My fiancé was with a separate person and asked for an indica and got it right away so when we talked about it in the car we actually ended up switching because he likes hybrids more but had me in mind when buying. Second time I just went in the lady told me I'd get buy one get one on the cartridges for bringing a person in for their first time and I got the battery too and my total was $80 ish dollars which I thought was high but I went with it and even tipped her. Come to find out when I look at their website the cartridges are $30 a piece! So she charged me for both when honestly had she not told me they were buy one get one I would have only gotten one.. also, I asked for indica again this time and I'm a weed noob so I just trusted what she told me was indica but I looked at the boxes and they're BOTH HYBRIDS. I literally can't escape hybrids with this place lmao. Anyways though I will not be back for these reasons. read more

Terrible service... no consistent daily deal policy was here yesterday and the budtender told me Wake n Bake and happy specials were 7 days a week. I go back today only to be told that because they were running a different special Happy Hour pricing was not available and the budtender Mr. Salas was incorrect. The manager then tried to offer me a pre-roll for the inconvenience. Nope you keep your pre-roll and your inconsistent specials. With this type of customer service I will gladly either drive to 75th or 35th Avenues. read more

A friend and I each purchased a full OZ that was having a deal that day. I guess I misunderstood the bud tender so after the transition was complete and we had already paid the budtender then charges me another $16 and then gives me only half of what I had already paid for. He refused to put it back how it was originally or five me my money back and says its my fault that because I misunderstood so now I'm stuck with it. Then on top of that I have sent so many emails and called the store and I have not once been able to get through to the actual manager Brian and I have not received even 1 call back or email response and I just don't know what to do. I feel like this budtender stole from me and charged me more to do so and nobody at Cookies or Nirvana care. I don't ever complain and I have never posted a review in my life until today but this is so wrong and nobody cares enough to respond back to me. read more

This place has a problem with their online sites. They don't have all the strains on the sites every day. They flip flop them even though that would mean they have to have them in inventory even though they're not listed on the site. So I tried to do a walk-in to see what strains they actually have available. The woman acted very dismissive right off the bat and was like well this is the ordering kiosk everything you have to order from there. Basically saying those are the strains we have. Basically not even trying to help me with the fact that not all of the strings in the inventory are put on the site to order. Even though they've had four to six to eight selections previously. So I looked on the kiosk and they only had 1 strain available when even Leafly had 2. And than I said you guys need to fix your shit (pretty mild tempered) walked out and went to go pick up my online order and the women followed me outside about 45 seconds later yelling at me that she's holding my order and I can't pick up tonight "because I was irate". I said that one line and left the store, I didn't cause a scene. She escalated the entire situation by following me and yelling at me when I was just gonna go do my thing. It feels really retaliatory because I was trying to talk about an actual issue because I come here alot and have noticed it as a pattern. I don't know if I'm ever going to come back here. They were really retaliatory to my fiance BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME and told her the shatters were 12 each plus tax not 2/20 like the deal said, causing her to spend an extra 5 dollars, and when she called the AJ location they told her yeah it's 2/20. This place has a lot of very unprofessional and retaliatory people. Not sure if we're ever coming back read more

worst dispensary in the phx area. so disorganized and slow, everyone is rude also they don't accept medical cards so you will have to pay rec tax read more

I love this place!!enjoy coming in here and talking to workers also educated

This place has not only become but has earned with exceptional service, hospitality, management, care, and products to fit any budget. This place outshines all dispos when it comes to being personable taking the time to get to know you not only as a patient but as a friend. Go in and meet Beth, the supervisor, and Tenders like Jordan, Jason, and Antonio. And by your second or 3rd visit you'll already be greeted by your 1st name and feel like all the staff is your friend. Plus Beth and the Manager are and have always been willing to correct any mistakes without excuses and hooking you up in the end. I really love these guys and am happy to call this place my HONE dispensary!!! read more

Worst service! They gave me the wrong product and refuse to fix the problem. Still haven't received the call I've been waiting on or getting in service after they didn't put the right product in my bag. What's the point of an online order if they can't even get it right read more

With the Rona on the lose. I feel safe and confident going into this store. the over the phone orders are so easy and everyone was so nice. I enjoy nirvana and all their locations a lot. I especially like this newest one and the size and set up. thank you read more

Hands down the best dispensary in Tempe! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommended this place!!

disappointed in my first visit as I come to find out the strain I was looking for in the first place was there and my budtender Adam R said they were completely out, I couldn't even save my first time patient deal another time. Called again the next morning to double check which to I was right, the original strain I was looking for was there. I explained what happened, I was told I'd get a call back and I still haven't gotten a follow up. it's been a few days and I don't think they'll get back to me anytime soon. It's disappointing because their storefront looked nice on the inside. read more

I have gone here a couple of times and no problems. The bud tender was very nice and answered my questions. I was very disappointed in the flower , it has dozens of seeds . Usually not a problem there but is now . Parking and a big waiting room read more

I absolutely love Nirvana but this location is terrible. It doesn't matter if you have a medical card they will make you wait over an hour to be helped. All pick up orders get priority regardless of how many people are waiting in the lobby. read more

I am a loyal customer here and usually always have a very good experience here so I don't know if it was just today's staff or what but I've never had such a bad experience at a dispo. The staff members were cold and rude, there was only 5 strains of sativa flower and when I explained I have to be particular with the strain she offered no help and even took the paper away with the names and in a very rude tone said I can look at an educational book instead of offering information. I couldn't have gotten out of there faster. Not someone I hope to see again if I choose to go back, just sad because I really liked going here read more

Amazing location and even more amazing people. Carrie deserves all the love in the world. She consistently goes above and beyond for me and everyone she comes in contact with. Her attention to detail, knowledge of product, and all around energy has made this nirvana location home. Carrie is like a second mom to me, honestly couldn't ask for anything better in a bud-tender or human. Appreciative is an understatement. read more

Always willing to give you the best deals. The lines are usually not too long. But the budtenders are the friendliest.

My favorite dispensary! They always help me find the best flower and everyone is super friendly (:

bring nirvana back:( first bad experience ever at this location but shout out to ben the best bud tender as always!

Budtender didnt seem to be paying attention. Diddnt apply correct discounts at the register. He was more interested in making conversation than pulling my order. Do better Nirvana. read more

Review I have been coming here regularly for months without any issues but my experience tonight was atrocious. The problem started when we were surprised at how high the total was and told our bud tender that the total seemed off. She immediately got the manager. The manager came over and tried to explain to us that having a medical card was an added discount. She also said that since my partner had a DA discount he was 'technically double dipping.' Having a medical card is not a discount. She was frustrated when we kept asking questions to try and better understand and made it seem like it wasn't her problem that we just didn't get it. After leaving we realized our order was incorrect. I went back in to try and explain my problem and get my money back but the manager did not even come talk to me and instead sent a bud tender out to the lobby full of people to tell me that they reviewed my order multiple times with me and that they would not be able to give me my money back or exchange my items. This had been the problem from the beginning because our bud tender nor the manager ever reviewed our order with individual products and their prices with us. We were there at 9:30pm 5/15 and will not be returning.....0/10 read more

Awsome deals. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great flower and concentrate deals.

DO NOT GO HERE! Let me preface this by saying I've never complained about any establishment in my life. My boyfriend went here for a cartridge and before he opened it (literally did not touch the packaging at all) noticed it was nearly empty. it was advertised as .25 mg but there was probably less than 1/4 of that in it. He went to get a refund before the 7 days were up, and when he (very respectfully) showed them he was immediately accused by the manager of opening the package, smoking it, and repackaging it?? Not sure how it would be possible for someone to do that and also not sure of anyone who would go through that effort for a refund. There was zero evidence that the package had been opened, it was brand new but this guy opened the package in front of him and then said "it's opened". He was disrespectful and cocky (strange that you're this confident being that your career is nothing of value). He didn't even let him explain. This manager clearly doesn't have the brain capacity to work in customer service. Or he just was too much of a lazy piece of sh*t to process the refund. If he hadn't been so rude, it wouldn't have mattered. Either way please go anywhere else. They do not care about you lol read more
