I snapped a picture, and contacted customer service. I know...you're probably asking why I gave 5 stars. The following day, Dee (I think was her name) called me to apologize for the error and provided me with another box of strawberries. I was not expecting that. I would have been happy with a partial credit, or something similar, but to give us an entire new box of strawberries was beyond what she needed to do. I let her know that I had the picture, and she said that was not necessary; that she believed me. WAY TO GO EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! Your customer service is outstanding.

They promised to replace my arrangement tomorrow (Monday). I understand and accept the apology and explanation. Thank you for your response. I'd rate you 4 stars now. :) P.S. The replacement flowers were very pretty. [original post with 2 star rating]---My daughter who lives out of state ordered some flowers for me for Mother's Day. She asked them for spring flowers thinking they would be pretty pastel colors (and she used to work for a florist so she knows her flowers) but what I got was a very amateur arrangement that looked like they picked up the flowers at Walmart. The arrangement was daisies, RED carnations and some other red flowers that are common fillers, with a red bow. Not very spring like. They were from my daughter so I love them but I'm very unhappy with the flowers in general. My daughter wasn't very happy when I showed her a photo either.

The paint came off when I washed it and presumably I inhaled some of it. I called the store to let them know and see how they would try and make this right and George let me know that I could scrape the paint off, maybe I should stick to clear glass and apologized. He could have offered to replace the dome, it wasn't free. I really want to like these people. This is just beyond negligence and poor customer care.

Things like the register being down, having to sign up for kohls rewards even though I don't want to, and low to no stock of some products. In my last 3 experiences, each staff has greeted me personally, they check on me and see if I needed some assistance during my shopping experience. The staff ignore me at Ulta, so I appreciate the respect that the Sephora staff give me, I value the interaction even if it's brief.
