First I'll say Cookie Plugs staff is incredibly kind. The girl working the counter gave us a run down of pricing and which cookies are the most popular which was super helpful. The space is small but decorated so cute, definitely a great place for a photo op. The cookies were good - just basically your run of the mill cookie you could make at home except size HUGE. I'm a cookie lover through and through so I devoured this box, but if you're looking for something more unique in flavor, crumbl may be more your speed. If you're looking for some warm & fuzzy customer service........this is NOT the place. It was our 1st time & we were in the area to try it. Walked in & a young lady came out from the back. She said Hi, 1st time here? We said yes and then tried to ask a question but was cut off with "well this size is this price & that size is that price, so what would you like?" - Everything was very cut & dry like she wanted us to hurry up & stop interrupting her peaceful time in the empty store. As for the cookies, the 12 mini's were almost $25 and we still had to bake them when we got home. Not sure they can warm them for you & if they can, it definitely was not offered. I've been a few times and each time I'm greeted kindly and offered an explanation of how the "Cookie Packs" work. I have yet to find a cookie I didn't enjoy. I'm a sweet/salty person and I find that the Nutty OG (chocolate chip and walnut) embodies that perfectly. I've also enjoyed their OG (chocolate chip) and Pink Elephant (strawberry shortcake). Visited Cookie Plug for the first time while doing some Christmas shopping. This was a great sugar boost to get me through the end of the day! The interior is very small, for take out orders only, but bright, colorful and very eclectic. The cashier was very friendly, telling us about all the flavors. They offer their cookies in 3 sizes, though by that time of day, they didn't have each flavor still available in all the sizes . We got 11of their medium cookies for $11, and they allowed us to mix and match. We got some red velvet cookies, some double chocolate, some chocolate chip, among others. They were warm when we left, and the perfect consistency, slightly doughy, but still cooked. As far as other cookie shops go, these are my new favorite, they don't need to be loaded up with frosting to be good, just the cookies themself. Got the 12 pack minis. The guy at the front seemed like we were ruining his life by asking questions. Cookies were not good and dry. The snickerdoodle one was the best and it was a 5/10. This is the first store in NC! I came in for their grand opening and it did not disappoint. I got an assortment of cookies. The cookies are thick and soft. There are 13 regular flavors, OG chocolate chip, crunch nugget, pink elephant...just to name a few. And they also have a few keto options. The box has instructions on how to heat them up. The inside of the store is so colorful and nicely done with the murals on each wall. They also have a little merch section in the corner. This is a grab and go spot so there is no seating on the inside. The lemonade was a 4 on a scale of 10. Needed more flavor and sugar. I didn't taste the fruit punch. The drinks are served in a double cup with no lid. (HadI known it wasn't going to come with a lid, I would not have ordered it. Driving and making sure nothing spilled wasn't fun.) I didn't understand the reference of it. This is a rare time that I think to myself that I am way too old to appreciate this place. The atmosphere plays to a young scene crowd. I could have sworn I was in Portland. The cookies themselves were large undercooked hockey pucks. A cross between cookie dough and a brownie, shaped like a hockey puck. They also tasted like food dye. It had a very artificial flavor. If I go again, I will have to make sure I eat a gummy or two before visiting. Service was OK, but they do push tips for giving you your cookie plug. My suggestion, go up to the Target parking lot and buy your cookies at Crumbl. That's a great cookie place! read more

From afar I could not figure out the name. I finally drove by and my sister said, "let's go". First it is a very small area inside, very colorful and busy wall art. The music wasn't my type but it was at a decent sound level. Second, I find it very difficult to pay $2.50 for one cookie. We did end up buying the tubes of the miniature cookies. As we tried the cookies we weren't overly impressed, however, I am sure there are plenty of people that would like them. It's just not for us. I love the concept. I love the bottle as I love collecting cups lol. The first time I tried it, I was so surprised at how good and big the cookies were. My favorite is the good luv (red velvet). When i went in to order for myself, it did have a weird smell, but everyone was nice and helpful with the questions I had. Tried the new cookie spot in town. Cookie Plug. We were told it's cheaper the more you buy- they are flat stackable cookies. They have multiple options but a lot were sold out tonight. They also have keto cookie options -which is what we chose. We got the original chocolate chip cookie. It was okay taste wise but would I spend $5 a cookie again? Probably not. There was a young lady behind the counter who was nice and she asked me what I wanted. I picked the four cookie pack for $15, got my cookies and headed to the house. Once I got home the real experience of their cookies began. Them shits is terrible! Maybe it was the cookies that I picked, or maybe it was because they're just terrible, but whatever it was, I ended up throwing all of them in the garbage. I bought a couple of cookies for my wife to try and after eating a couple, she said she never has to have those cookies again. After eating my chocolate chip walnut cookie, I decided that I would rather have chocolate covered celery than these medium well "cookies". I thought Crumbl cookies were bad, but this takes the proverbial cookie. The hierarchy of this is like: The Cookie Plug is 1A and Crumbl is 1B. It is like one of the worst cookies I've ever had in my life. I would rather do calculus homework, riding a blood thirsty cannibal dolphin in the open seas than have one of these cookies. I was pisses I spend $15 bucks for these.... Anyway, it was a a novel idea and I can see the cachet, but that ain't it. Like for real, them shits horrible. Don't try these nasty ass cookies. First of all the edges of the cookies were hard asf and to make it worse the middle was raw. I tried the s'more cookie but it didn't give s'more. The cookie literally had the texture of cornbread. How do you even manage to make a COOKIE taste like a different dish. That in itself should be a crime. Wasn't too long of a weight maybe 10 or 15 mins. I asked for a couple of the keto cookies chocolate chip and peanut butter. No peanut butter so just got two chocolate chip cookies. They were smaller than I thought they would be and $5.00 apiece. I wanna say they were absolutely delicious but they were just ok. My husband tried one as well and felt the same. Great Cookies service and friendly people. The store is small and there was a line out the door when I got there. I went to shop at a nearby store and when I came back 45 minutes later there was still a line out the door. The young wife and husband owners were behind the counter and were very friendly. When I got to the counter, I saw the menu of their cookies. There are several choices, and all looked good. The cookies are thicker than normal cookies, sort of a cookies outside and cake inside.
