Cool vibe, fun marketing. Stumbled upon this place leaving Jersey Mike's and decided to try them out. 4 cookies for $15 and they even have doggie treats which I purchased. Instructions are on the box on how to warm them up if you want which I highly recommend. We ordered the red velvet cookie, strawberry cheesecake, snicker doodle and then one which was a sugar cookie with m&ms in it. Sooo delicious! Definitely check this place out!

Delicious! Way better than some popular chain cookie places. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing some cookies. I also like that they have 3 different cookie sizes. Will definitely be back.

10/10 highly recommend!! The cookie flavors are so good and unique. The friendly staff helped us pick out choices and the decor is so cool. They also sale baby bottles for drinks what my boys found to be absolutely hilarious. Can't wait to come back!

7 for $24 plus one freebie for joining the app - A cookie box labeled 'Wok N' Roll Cookie' contains various cookies, including some with sprinkles and chocolate chips, placed on a speckled countertop.

Don't sleep on The Cookie Plug! They are absolutely amazing and I encourage you to check them out over Crumbl. They have amazing flavors and they're not overly sweet and also big and chunky. The vibe is super chill, and you get rewards on their app. Also, something they have over other cookie shops- they have KETO COOKIES! And they are amazing and have four flavors. I first tried this place in Anaheim before Disneyland and I am so so happy they're in Phoenix

Was in the area shopping, saw this location was now open and stopped in. Has old school hip hop vibe. Hard to decide, so we ended up getting almost one of each flavor. All were pretty good. Strawberry Cheesecake was my fav. They are huge though, one cookie definitely enough for more than one person. They also sell smaller bite size versions, plug poppers. And they sell raw dough you can buy and bake cookies at home. Of course we had to get the purple drank. Ladies behind the counter were super nice and helpful. Would definitely go back. Tip: sign up for their rewards, you get free cookies for joining.

Bags are just plane plastic and there's hair in some of the cookies - A person holds a piece of fried chicken over a paper plate with cookies, with more cookies on a red and white checkered plate in the background.

Very weird experience, from someone who never takes the time to write reviews. Found it very strange that the bags are plane plastic and there's no visible menus inside. Not only are the cookies very artificial tasting but some minis had a hair in them.

A variety of cookies, including chocolate chip, red velvet, and rainbow sprinkle, are arranged in a box labeled 'FRESH OUT THE OVEN' at Cookie Plug in Phoenix, AZ.

It's a 90s themed hip hop cookie shop! They have like 12 flavors at all times. They even make dog cookie bags in to go bags called doggy bags haha! I love the decor, it's nostalgic! The cookies are great, they're thick but not thick at the same time. A good in betweener style. The boxes are just wild. The longest boxes I've ever seen.

I got the Keto Bart and the Snooperdoodle

Not a fan. Overpriced and didn't taste homemade. Seriously like a store bought cookie but larger and fancy looking

Customer service was great but cookies were far from it, unfortunately! Either very hard or mushy. Super disappointing.

Hidden gem!!! So glad I walked in here for a sweet treat. Many options to choose from, including…read moresourdough, sweet breads and macarons. I got a guava pastry, grogu shaped macaron and a churro and the pastry and churro were insanely good. The macaron was supposed to be cake batter according to the guy but it tasted like maple and the frosting inside tasted like straight butter so I didn't care for that. Can't wait to go back! There is no seating inside so be prepared to grab and go.

If you're looking for fresh, authentic pan dulce, Champis Bakery is absolutely worth the stop. The…read moremacaroons were easily some of the best I've had in a long time--perfectly balanced in texture and flavor, with just the right amount of sweetness. We ended up trying a little bit of everything, and nothing disappointed. The cookies were soft and flavorful, the danishes were light and flaky, and the conchas were exactly what you want--pillowy with that classic sugary topping. The chocolate-filled braided bread was especially good, rich without being overwhelming, and the monkey bread was such a fun treat--perfectly sweet, soft, and shareable. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully made, the kind of quality you can tell comes from true attention to detail and tradition. The service matched the experience just as well--fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful when it came to picking out a variety to try. This is the kind of neighborhood bakery you find yourself coming back to again and again. It's definitely become my go-to spot for freshly baked bread.
