Went to this cookout and the next night my credit card information had been stolen and someone made several purchases the next day. This is the ONLY place I have physically handed someone my card and you can't see their registers when they ring you up from the drive through window. Everywhere else I shop I used my phone wallet. We go to this cookout all the time and the staff always loves our dogs. We get them pup cups each time we go and the dogs love it. Tonight a long haired man with a beard and painted finger nails decided to argue with us about the pup cups and tell us "this isn't Starbucks, you're thinking about Starbucks" like umm no sir I'm thinking of this cookout that we have been to plenty before. My friend recommended this place to me and I must say, I was not super impressed. I do like the fact that they are open very late, so they can fill that late night fast food craving you have. Janae patiently took our order, confirmed it for accuracy, inquired what sauces were needed, shared our total, and instructed us to drive up for payment. Window was on the passenger side; food was received seconds after payment was given. 1/4 lb cheeseburger tray with nuggets, fries and shake (x2) was $15.50. Neither cheap or sky high for the quantity of fair value food. Not spectacular but my kids like it, especially the custom shakes (aka ticking gut bombs). Parking lot was clean and well lit. Drive 15 minutes back home only to find out we got a bacon burger just cheese with no bacon, and then a bacon burger with double fries no cole slaw. HORRIBLE! I've been to 3 other locations and enjoyed the food and the portion of food. This location was a huge disappointment. I couldn't believe the lack of food that was in the tray. They should be embarrassed to give someone that little amount of French fries. I'm never going back and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. After visiting this last weekend the person in the drive thru was the most pleasant and patient person I have encountered ever and nose definitely for this chain and location.
