While I did not get a notification for this cancellation I understand how refunds work and they are not immediate so I proceeded to order again as was told by a Montrez Grant on the correct site. After ordering and waiting about an hour and some I go to check on food and bring ID and card as requested since the order was a fairly large order. He then immediately looks at the card saying we gotta do better assuming the card is fake because it had a mastercard symbol on a debit card?????? IM CONFUSED. Never been a scammer, never been to this establishment, literally on vacation trying to get food for the 4th of July. it put such a bad taste in my mouth because of the raving reviews of the food but i would never know because they assume if you order a large order it will be disputed. 3 hours wasted, hungry kids, $500 spent and only screenshots that they cancelled/refunded our order. Please do better and actually learn REAL discernment cause this situation was straight BAD BUSINESS PERIOD.

Customer service is great.This is my first time seeing the self checkout at this location. I saw the new patriotic shake on line. The double burger is delicious and the fries price point is great also. The shake is delicious! They always had the shakes on lock the shake was so thick I had to pull my straw out of the cup to clear from the bottom before it would go through. I visited on 3-20-2026 pull up and check them out. I said hello and asked how she was doing and was totally ignored. She just kept scrolling. Her customer service was horrible and she had a major attitude, like she clearly did not want to be at work. As the cashier you're literally the face of the company, so that first impression matters. I even noticed a sign on the door for employees that says no personal cellphone use while working, which makes it worse. 1 star for service. Management needs to address this.
