JC Outdoors kept the case, disassembled the shotgun, packed the shotgun in a too small unprotected cardboard box and shipped it USPS. It arrived with a broken stock and butt plate. It felt intrusive and out of place for what should've been a laid-back shopping trip. Most of the items seemed overpriced for what they were--mostly name-brand products you could easily find elsewhere for less.
