Cheaters. Deceivers. Run, away. They misrepresent the products and then hide behind "all sales are final ".

Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I can't say thank you enough to Matthew P. for all he did to have a happy customer!

Don't get me wrong after the first few times coming here I learned just to say no thanks before they even say anything there only job is trying to stop you from minding you're own business but if you're socially akward or don't know how to say no then welcome to the place your never gunna come back too cause it's about to be terrible

First of all, the store only had one "archery guy," and he left two hours before the store closed. Then again, I guess he can leave whenever he wants. What are they going to do, fire their only "archery guy"? Guy has to be pulling six figures with that kind of job security. Needless to say, after searching the store and finally finding someone to help, no one there even knew the price of loose arrows, much less were able to cut any. Fine... I'll get them online. But wait, there's more! If you thought getting your hands on a fishing or hunting license would be a piece of cake, think again. We approached the lady at the service desk, the one that didn't so much as wave at us as we walked in and asked for a fishing license. Now, I'm not sure if what she said was true or if she just didn't feel like making it, but, surprise, surprise, the printer was as broken as my dreams of getting any customer service in the place! The crazy part is that hunting season starts just next month. I wonder how much this place is missing out on?? All in all, if you're seeking an adventure in customer service wilderness, head over to Bass Pro Shop. Who knows, maybe you'll get to see the legendary "archery guy" who comes and goes like a fleeting breeze, and if you're lucky, you might even get a glimpse of the broken license printer operated by a surly woman that just didn't seem to want to be there. Just be prepared to take matters into your own hands because, in this shop, you're the captain of your own retail ship. Good luck, brave shoppers! You'll need it.

The bike basically sat in my garage the entire time and was in need of repair. I took it to C Town Bikes to see if it could be made rideable again. Al looked the bike over and determined it was in need of a tune up, new cables & chain, a saddle, new tires & gear shifter. I received a call about a week and a half later saying the bike was ready. When I picked it up, it looked almost new. Everything had been replaced as I stated; and also the battery had been fully charged. The only thing I didn't get was a new charging cable - I was advised that I had to order one myself. I am pleased with the work that was done in restoring my bike. Al at C Town Bikes also advises & provides fitness tips for riders. I highly recommend C Town Bikes & Fitness for all.of your bicycle needs.
