If not for the one gentleman on register, seven the line would not have ever moved at all. The manager saw the length of the line and walked away from her register leaving fewer opportunities for people to leave the store. When I got to the register, she said welcome to Burlington. I said I was not pleased at all. The lines were too long and more people should have been there to help. She had no response. Standing on this line took a half hour off of my life. Multiple people actually left their items and left the store. I had not been here in about two years. I remembered why and I will never return. Save your time and aggravation.

There were three employees, the line was to the door, and Jennifer decided to walk away and venture to the back of the store to have a conversation with Target employees. I left the line to find my mother and saw this. They should have a manager there on the weekend, and it did not seem that a competent adult was monitoring what was going on. There was a girl with long blonde hair, I'm assuming it wasn't real, flipping it and playing with it, and she was slow in making the drinks. Her hair should be up or tied back as this this against the Board of Health. I waited 20 minutes the first time and the line were barely moving, and the second attempt, still no Jennifer, I waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went to the Starbucks across the street, where the employees had my order complete immediately and it was just as crowded in there. I forgot to mention, there was another girl working, and she was working hard but looked frustrated. On behalf of my mother, the chip aisle was bare, no paper towels, all the locked-up goods were opened, and no one was monitoring it. What is the purpose of having goods locked up, if they aren't locked and people were stealing? Where was security? Mind you, it was noon and the stock was limited. My mother was extremely dissatisfied. Although this location is close to home, you're better off going to another Target or Walmart.

It doesn't sound like much, but if you buy a lot like I do, those nickels add up fast. This location, however, will not refund your money (as required by law). Technically, they have four machines outside the store, around back, but they are literally always broken. They won't refund your money at the service counter inside either. So, they're just keeping everyone's money. Also, they start restocking their shelves hours before closing, so you can't even get down the aisles in the grocery section. Customer service is extremely lacking as well. Additionally, be careful because the prices marked on the shelves often don't match what they charge at the register.
