If you want, poor customer service, long lines, and shoddy merchandise you should shop here. I want her to pick up two things. The line was disgustingly long with at least 26 customers on it and the four people working the register could barely be bothered. If not for the one gentleman on register, seven the line would not have ever moved at all. The manager saw the length of the line and walked away from her register leaving fewer opportunities for people to leave the store. When I got to the register, she said welcome to Burlington. I said I was not pleased at all. The lines were too long and more people should have been there to help. She had no response. Standing on this line took a half hour off of my life. Multiple people actually left their items and left the store. I had not been here in about two years. I remembered why and I will never return. Save your time and aggravation. read more

This particular Burlington should be shut down due to poor management. I made a purchase on June 25,2025 and there never seemed to be more than one working cash register at a time. There was close to 30 people om the single line waiting to pay for goods. Instead of having staff picking up hangers or assigned to anything other than getting getting staff behind the counter to check customers out. A manager should have looked at the ever growing line and figure anything to get customers throw the payment snafu. I waited for nearly 45 minutes. 3 cashiers on a Saturday evening is absurd! The fact that the number came up to go to a register, but the lady still was serving a customer, causing me to then be bypassed by people on line behind me, was even more absurd!! Got to the register, and the cashier asked me to take the clothes off of the hangers. You've gotta be kidding me. Store policy? You all are unprofessional, slow, and need to be more customer friendly (aside from the good prices)... They also charge for bags, so be clear before they start double bagging your stuff. read more

If you want clothes that look like they're second hand, than this is the Burlington Coat Factory for you. Seriously, I've never seen an establishment like this. My girlfriend and I passed by here on the way to the Belt Parkway and got excited because it's winter coat season. When we got in, the place looks genuinely dirty and disorganized. The toys, while good deals, looked like they were played with by a class full of children. And the clothes - ew. Everywhere we went, the clothes had lint, and other people's hair. Has the staff not heard of lint rollers? If you own a car, there is no reason to shop here. read more

This Burlington has a lot of good things on sale but at the same time needs more organization. Almost all the hair products are open with no seal, some jewelry is missing from their packages, but other than that its okay. They have nice hand bags, jeans, and shoes for low prices read more

Good prices but the finding something in your size can be a bit unpleasant adventure. Uneducated stuff gave me twice the wrong information. Once I asked about size and today I asked about "Is wrinkle-free and natural stretch for a dress shirt the same thing?" They said yes. I came back home and checked it online and its not !! Pathetic. Could be a neater store but in all, the store offers a lot and is not that bad in cleanliness. However, the employees at this store are not helpful. If you ask them one thing, they look so agitated. Good luck with wanting to check out. Be prepared to wait atleast 10 minutes on line. They usually only have 2 cashiers working at a time. read more

This location has changed a lot over the last two years, they offer more products and even with the long lines at register they move the line super face, I was extremely surprised. The store could be a little neater and more people on the floor, but if I can check out in 15 minutes when I thought it would take 45 I am okay with all the workers at the registers. read more
