If not for the one gentleman on register, seven the line would not have ever moved at all. The manager saw the length of the line and walked away from her register leaving fewer opportunities for people to leave the store. When I got to the register, she said welcome to Burlington. I said I was not pleased at all. The lines were too long and more people should have been there to help. She had no response. Standing on this line took a half hour off of my life. Multiple people actually left their items and left the store. I had not been here in about two years. I remembered why and I will never return. Save your time and aggravation.

There were three employees, the line was to the door, and Jennifer decided to walk away and venture to the back of the store to have a conversation with Target employees. I left the line to find my mother and saw this. They should have a manager there on the weekend, and it did not seem that a competent adult was monitoring what was going on. There was a girl with long blonde hair, I'm assuming it wasn't real, flipping it and playing with it, and she was slow in making the drinks. Her hair should be up or tied back as this this against the Board of Health. I waited 20 minutes the first time and the line were barely moving, and the second attempt, still no Jennifer, I waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went to the Starbucks across the street, where the employees had my order complete immediately and it was just as crowded in there. I forgot to mention, there was another girl working, and she was working hard but looked frustrated. On behalf of my mother, the chip aisle was bare, no paper towels, all the locked-up goods were opened, and no one was monitoring it. What is the purpose of having goods locked up, if they aren't locked and people were stealing? Where was security? Mind you, it was noon and the stock was limited. My mother was extremely dissatisfied. Although this location is close to home, you're better off going to another Target or Walmart.

My back is killing me from leaning over and figuring out how to load all my stuff myself (curious how all the signs said "10 item limit"?) and I'm just feeling angry and that Target truly does not care and the managers here are 100% ableist. I saw a very elderly lady with a walker and felt bad for her. Maybe she'll get help and maybe those of us with invisible disabilities will get help when we look like her. Several other attendants came out and one looked at the gentleman in the corner and said "You've been here to long. You need to get to the back of the line." Then walked over to another customer and said can I have your barcode. It was truly shocking. I am utterly disgusted by the rudeness and lack of professionalism When he saw his co-worker come out with the gentlemans items, he scoffs at him and says "oh you actually had something". The good thing was no wait for the fitting room it wasn't messy with clothes still in the room. The items I wanted to purchased I had to go downstairs to pay because the section I was at there was no cashier. I would be nice if the cashiers would stop trying to push opening a Macy's credit card when I said I am paying cash. I can achieve both of these shopping goals at Zoe & Co. The clothing is always interesting, and always varied. Not too expensive, either! Secondly, the owner Claudia is AMAZING. She knows most of her clients names and always quick to ask what they're up to or how is so-and-so. Sometimes I walk over on my lunch break just to chit chat and look through the new duds. Thirdly, the sale items are always steeply discounted. I love sales, and I know you do too!
