Cutest on trend chic fashion for women and teens. Everyone that works there is so helpful and kind the owner Deb is fabulous.

Always a must go to when I go to NY. Different Styles from the norm. Always get compliments when I wear clothing and or accessories from trinkets. read more

I've always found great tops there. The prices are good. Debbie, the owner and her sales people are so helpful. It's a different type of shopping experience. They will pull things out for you. The clothing is good for young to older women. Something for everyone! read more

These reviews make me laugh! Who hurt these women?! I discovered Debbie/Trinkets on social media. I purchased a few things that I didn't love and Debbie was SO ACCOMMODATING! She let me switch out what I didn't like and guided me through some items she knew would look great on my body! She is honest and knowledgeable & always a text or call away. I had such a great experience shopping there on my own that I brought all the women in my family. Guess what? Now we all love it there and shopping together is a blast. Go see Debbie & her staff, tell them exactly what you are looking for & your size. They know where everything is and will take great care of you. PS- they ship! If you see something you love on social media, give them a call and they often mail it the same day. read more

The service is amazing , the staff is very helpful and there's always a great selection

Probably some of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. They make you feel as if they are doing you a favor and you're annoying them.

Best store - great clothes! Debbie the owner is awesome. The staff is very helpful, feels like you have a personal shopper everytime we go. Highly recommend read more

Wish I read some on these reviews before I went. Definitely ZERO star worthy. No greeting, messy store, curt staff. A staff person, who was done assisting someone walked past me so I asked her for 2 prices, she reluctantly answered and after I said it was fine, she insisted on finding out. She told me the price and turned to two other women and apologized for the delay. Mind you she was done assisting them. Awful! I may not "look" like your usual clinentel but money is still green. read more

Decided to check out this new location of Trinkets today. Jenna - I think her name was, was super helpful and not pushy at all. Check out their Instagram before you get there and they'll show you where everything is.. don't let the mess deter you! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Went here with my daughter today. The store is a mess. Nobody came over to greet us or ask if we needed help. We started picking up some tops and I asked a sales person for another size. She went to look, but then another salesperson came over to tell me to put the stuff down and we should wait for someone to help us. She said have you been here before? Do you know our store policy? You need to wait your turn and there are other people ahead of you who need help. I turned to look at my daughter and then the salesperson repeated herself it was so rude! If you have a policy let the people know when they first walk in. We were in there for 10 min!! If you would have explained your policy to us with respect we would have stayed. I will never go back here. Terrible customer service terrible attitudes. read more

They claim to be cheaper than the competition, yet I paid 30 each for shirts with tags cut out, which should've signaled a warning. I bought them and when I got home to do research I found them on rue 21 website for 14.99 each. I should have known better. The place is not honestly run, and I will never ever return. read more

I went to this store with my daughter and it was magical.....like a high end bazaar. Every time we turned around the staff (who were super friendly) was pulling out another cool item for my daughter. That store is a treasure chest of good buys. I was totally shocked by the negative comments i read. I took my sister in law, visiting from Florida, there when she visited as well, and she loved it as well. A+++ read more

Had the absolute worst experience at trinkets in hewlett. I have been a customer there for many years and have spent a ton of money there in the past. However today was different, workers were so rude and nasty, there were no directions outside the store or organization to Instruct the customers on how to shop there and where to wait. One lady specifically with long brown curly hair was very nasty to me and my friend and did NOT help us at all. Very nasty employees would NOT recommend wasting your time and money there. Store is also a mess and so disorganized all the clothes are stacked in piles on the floor and your not even allowed to touch the clothes when you shop or else they yell at you. Take your money else where, most of the time mystique boutique has the same stuff but cheaper. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Most of the stuff is crap. The staff are incredibly rude unless they know you or think you're "A list". They're all social climbers, so if they can help someone who they can climb up, they're in. If you're a "nobody" to them, they'll treat you as such. You can get the same shit at 1000 other stores. Go over to Ruby and Jenna in Oceanside, you'll be far happier. read more

Went in to buy some shirts and they won't let you look at the clothes yourself? Staff was incredibly disrespectful as well as not helpful. We stood around waiting for someone to help and we're reprimanded like children while we attempted to shop. Don't waste your time in this dump. 1 star because zero isn't an option. read more

Their clothes are great BUT the staff is your typical Jewish jappy housewives who talk about the Kardashians all day. They are rude to their customers unless you know them well. I don't care how great your clothes are, if you are rude I will not spend my hard working money on these assholes. They should be so grateful I give them money to put food on the table. No more!!!! Done. read more

I was looking forward to checking this place out after complimenting a friend on her necklace. She raved about the place but did warn the store is small with things scattered about. Upon walking in I was eyed up and down by the Jappiest employees and patrons and was told they would show me the tops because the are all folded. I like to go through things myself but I went along and each time I asked a price it was like the biggest inconvenience. The place was a mess, the stuff not that great, do yourself a favor and go to the Gap read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The most outrageous and downright rude, stuck up staff I have ever encountered. Used to shop here a lot in high school and just came back after a few years and I will NOT be returning nor will my friends! read more

Amazing stuff. Amazing staff. Went with my adult daughter who has some issues. The entire staff was sensitive and so kind. They seemed like mental health workers!!!! Thank you for a great experience. read more

I have been a customer here for years, never had a complaint. However, after my experience today I am absolutely DISGUSTED and will never go again. I have never experienced such rude treatment in my life. I was completely ignored when I asked for a shirt in my size. When I asked politely again, I was actually told by one of the workers "that she was too busy". I then waited on line for the fitting room only for yet another worker to put a customer BEFORE ME. While looking at clothes, a worker proceeded to step in front of me completely blocking my view to attend to another customer. I will tell everyone I once recommended this place to, to never spend a dime in that store let alone step foot inside. The women that work there are horrible, rude, and pompous. Their nasty behavior cost them a once very loyal customer. Don't go to Trinkets unless you plan on being ignored because you're not "somebody" to the staff or treated equally as disrespectfully by the over entitled customers. read more
