    Mmmmmm BEER!

Brewery with great food. Local fav. Try the dirty Brussel sprouts. Mmmmmm. I love wood fire pizza. And this place does it right.

Great beers for the summer at Conversion Brewing!

Conversion Brewing was my first brewery I paid a visit to when I was visiting the Lebanon and Albany area a while ago. I stumbled across a beer festival in this town as well. I wasn't really thinking of going to this festival but a very kind gentleman (who I believe worked here) gave me his which was so generous! Definitely appreciated it! The atmosphere here is fun but was very busy since of course the brewery festival was going on. I didn't get any food here but the pizzas looked very promising! For the beer that I tried here... it was the single hop pale ale. A very nice, crisp and light beer which was perfect for the warmer day that it was. I don't need to say how welcoming this business is! Definitely recommend!

I've never written a review of any business on Yelp. I was in Lebanon, Oregon for a industry training, which, said company, took us to Conversion Brewing for dinner and libations. The beer and food was all good, but I was shocked by the service. As a corporate event, they took all attendees via van with designated drivers. The waitstaff and bartenders were to say the least, annoyed with the 30 person group from the get go even though they knew we were coming. This had long been planned. There was an attitude from the get go. Listen, I get that as a local in a small town, you're annoyed with a large group of "outsiders" rolling in and essentially taking over your establishment but this corporate event paid more in tips than they make in half a month of tips, and the sales generated, by a large, local international company, spending their money at this brewery, was probably more in food and drink sales than they get in two weeks time. At no point was our group unruly or out of hand. If that was the case, I wouldn't Ben be complaining. I went to order a beer, my 4th in 2 1/2 hours and one of the two bartenders with attitude, informed me we were cut off, as a group. I wasn't even trying to charge it to the company that out this event on for us, but was happy to pay my own bill. Still cut off. I was dumbfounded. I've never seen such a distain for paying customers. As we were back in our van, driven by a sober driver, one of the attendees informed us that the waitress said "thanks for ruining our Tuesday night". Again, dumbfounded at the absolute distain for paying customers. I'll give it two stars just because the food and beers were good and props to the cooks for banging out a lot of pizzas for our large group.

They do Belgian styles and they do them well! Their food menu is super compelling with standard pizza, wing, and nacho/quesadilla/salad stuff. They have a wood pizza oven and their pizza crust is AWESOME. The brussel sprouts didn't meet our expectations, but the guy who made them was happy to discuss it. Can't wait to come back!!

If you sit outside it's artsy, one bad thing is there were 2 homeless people sprawled out, sleeping by the eating area.

Without a doubt the best pizza ever. Come here frequently. Never had a bad meal or beer.

Whatever pieces were on there were like a small sausage piece. The cheese didn't taste the greatest, which I've gotten this pizza from different dominos locations, it's been great every time. Except for this. The bread was flat as a board. Along with the pizza, I got stuffed cheesy bread and that cheese was grainy. Less than pleased, satisfied, happy, etc. Couldn't finish my food, it was that gross. I will say I am grateful I was able to get food, just wish it'd been better.

The crew knew I was there and no one so much as said "hello." Three employees proceeded to discuss amongst themselves about some bottles in their hands until I politely waved them down to get my order. The dude was as friendly as a rattlesnake and basically tossed my pizzas on the counter at me, not bothering to open the boxes and confirm it's what I ordered. Spoiler: it wasn't. My partner doesn't like the seasoning on the crust and I had put on the order plain crust. They seasoned it anyways. This bunch seemed as lively as a graveyard so I just sucked it up and left because I wasn't going to stick around since I already didn't feel welcome. Do better, guys. I know the job probably isn't great but I shouldn't feel like I'm a nuisance when I walk in.

The taquito rollers are sometimes stocked up. But now I rarely go in and see a stock of hot dogs on the rollers. There was about 4 each type ready to go and pretty fresh. Now I am lucky if I see one fresh one of any flavor. And there is now 1 or 2 on the cooking side still unready. A couple times I have gone recently and the hot dogs were overcooked. The skin was actually starting to wrinkle. I was not impressed. I was hoping it was just the new management getting into the swing of things and it would get better. But now it is reminding me of the Qwik-E-Mart off the simpsons. I just want to be able to go in on the morning rush and actually see food available. I stop in on my way home from work and it's a weird guilty pleasure. A slurpee and a hotdog or 2 with chili and cheese. It isn't looking great. Not sure if they will get it back under control or not. It literally looked like the guy behind the counter was running back and forth cooking stuff one by 1 in the microwave back there as it was ordered. Which causes issues with customer service. Not sure if they are trying to conserve on waste. But if I wanted a microwaved hotdog I would do that myself at home. The point is to be able to grab n go.
