Nice place! Very comfortable yet rustic. Service was friendly. Lots of choices to drink. Pizza had just the right crispness for wood fired. I did need a knife however I will come back. It looks like things are happening here and for this area that is awesome! Lots of smiles, lots of music and great laughter. It was recommended to me by a friend. Didn't know what to expect being so new and only with limited advertised online menu of pizza (although wood-fired, I'm jaded/spoiled living in the Willamette Valley). But knowing how brewpubs always deliver (at least pretty reliably!) Very impressed! Daily specials saved the day. Had the pork roast special, maybe a tad more salt but just splitting hairs. Downright delicious and not disappointed in any way. Definite family feeling from the staff interaction/seating/patrons and crazy fast service. Plus a Brewer/owner working his butt off talking up the beer, serving food/beer, dishing the salad... kudos! Not to mention a selection of beer that's hard to rival in the valley (plenty of saisons, English IPA, sorachi ace pale ale!). I mean, come on, specialty Japanese hopped ale? Best Pizza Ever!!! We've been here 5-6 times in past couple months & it's always been incredibly good. Service has been good & the wood fired pizza (which is not like chain restaurant pizza) has fresh very tasty ingredients & great combinations. Pizza is cooked at a high temperature in wood oven so the crust is so so good & it is a bit black but not burnt tasting. I The dessert apple pizza is perfect too. Love this place. read more

A couple of weeks ago we invited some friends to meet us at Conversion Brewery for a pizza party. We were celebrating because my son was on leave and was about to go to Korea for the next 2 years. We had not made reservations but the manager and staff took our large party in stride. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we all enjoyed delicious pizza and locally brewed beverages, root beer and various styles of ale. Please support this wonderful local establishment! Went here a few months back with a friend for the first time around 7pm/8pm, figured we'd check it out. Upon entering, it didn't seem like there could've been anymore than 2 MAYBE 3 people on staff. 2 being in the kitchen and only one server. We waited about 5 minutes before being seen, but it wasn't a big issue. We were seated upstairs, and to our dismay, there was other leftover meals and dishes all over the tables there. We thought it was a bit unprofessional, considering they weren't busy whatsoever, but we brushed it off, maybe they forgot? So the waitress was really nice, she apologized for the mess, as she said the last waitress was responsible for leaving behind "lunch time" dishes, and told us to take our time deciding what we'd like and then she'd be back to take our order. Well, after only about a couple minutes needed looking over the menu, we were ready to order. However, we waited what seemed like 15-20 mins, before we had to walk down ourselves to order our food. She again apologized, so we said it was fine and went back up to wait for our food. It seemed like it took another long amount of time and when looking down to the kitchen, we noticed one guy in particular who was standing around on his phone, while it looked like our food was sitting under a hot lamp. We were very confused and upset by this. When the food came, it was alright. Nothing that was worth the amount of wait we encountered. We ended up leaving after eating without taking our left overs (which we always typically do) and decided we wouldn't be returning anytime soon. Just wasn't worth it. read more

Super friendly staff, great THIN crust pizza made in their own wood-fired pizza oven, LOVED my soup.

Been there twice...First time it was full of bikers, very slow service, and ok pizza. They have this georgeous brick oven (stone?) and we end up with this limp pizza that is tasteless and very lacking in tomatoes and basil (basic ingredients for a marguerite pizza). Both times also ordered their "hot" wings. Should of learned from the first time. Their wings are supposedly cooked in this brick oven? They are also 'soggy', similar to if they had been boiled, and the sauce is straight out of a bottle. oh well read more

Our first trip there was just ok. Our pizza got mixed up with another persons pizza, and that person had been waiting longer, so he was not happy. Also, I have never had oven brick pizza, but it was very burnt on the bottom, and that is all we could taste. We had black hands by the time we were done and it ruined the food. Not sure if that was just a first week thing. I keep hearing amazing things about it, so we are open to giving it another shot! read more

My absolute favorite thing on the menu is the delicious garlic knots, holy jesus they're good! The pizza dough is so flavorful and the fire oven makes the food perfect. I also like the beer sampler! It's an inexpensive way to try the different flavors they have on tap. The homemade sodas are pretty good too. read more

We have been several times in the past few months. The food is very good, pizza has lots of flavor and the on site brewed beer is some of the best I have had in Oregon. Staff is very friendly, appreciates its customers and actually engages in real conversations. Lots of recycled wood was used to make bar top, floors and a great wood burning oven. We have meet some great people enjoying Lebanon's first brew pub. Hopefully soon they will have a sign outside to help the every changing downtown Lebanon look better. Looking forward to enjoying a seat at the bar with a HD TV to catch part of the game this spring. Best place in Lebanon for sure. read more

Beer is good. Food is very inconsistent. I came back because the service is awesome and it's nicely designed. I'd give the service 5 stars but the food service is slow, not much to the menu and food is not very good. I got a burnt calzone with cold chicken inside... too bad, we really needed a nice restaurant in town. read more

I like this place because it's different from the usual crap that Lebanon has to offer but the food is nothing special. My husband and I had the appetizer nachos and when they arrived I was immediately put off. They weren't very good at all. Small round chips with a tablespoon of pico de gallo, olives, sour cream and little cheese. The food had also been sitting for a while since the cheese was kind of hard by the time we got it. The pizza is fine, but definitely seems overpriced for what you get. The wait was ridiculous. We weren't ready to order the first time, then sat waiting with our menus down for about 10 mins before someone came over to take our order again then waited another 12-15 mins just to get our drinks. It is a family run business though and they are very friendly. I don't drink alcohol but they do have a large selection of beers on tap. We also had to finally ask for our check then waited about another 5 mins to get it. Far too much waiting! This was the second time I'd been there and slow service was a problem both times. read more

Pizza was the only thing on the menu and it was....meh. The beer selection was very limited and after taste testing a few I decided on an IPA that was mediocre. Nice environment and good thought with wood fired pizza and beer but the execution on both were lacking flavor. read more

So glad that Lebanon finally got a brewpub. The pizza is very tasty - particularly enjoyed the philly cheesesteak pizza. Not being much of a beer drinker, I ordered the in house made soda. The blackberry and raspberry sodas are outstanding. Hope they will consider making a root beer in the future. There was a band last night - they were great (Guido and someone else... I think). Will be back more often. read more
