It took me a while to realize that after the 3-month period ended, I was still being charged. After tracking down Edgard, the owner, he would only communicate via text. After some crazy back-and-forth it turned out HE USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER CLIENT'S CLASSES. I realized this, that's right, I realized it, he didn't, after he sent me some screen shots (I'll upload them here), showing the picture and personal information of an adult man, John Meyers, who is decidedly not my elementary aged nephew. Also, please note that that Edgard also sent me private information of one of his clients. What's worse I doubt he realizes what a violation this is. Edgard said he would return my money in a few days. He did not. I asked again after a month he said he needed more time to figure out how with his team how this happened. I told him he could figure that out on his own time. He still did not refund my money. I went to my credit card company and they did refund partially but since some of the charges were so old they would not refund those. They attempted several times to contact Edgard but he would not answer his phone or call them back. His actions are unethical, inept, and with zero regard. Do business with this person at your own risk. **I was able to track down John Meyers and spoke with his wife who had realized that they were not being charged & thought it was odd. After many months they were also unable to get Edgard to speak with them. Unfortunately, even though they know that I paid for their classes, they did not offer to give me back the money either.

The class was at like 12 on a Thursday and ended roughly around 1 I think. Robert greeted us at the door, extremely friendly and encouraging. I signed a waiver. He helped me with my wraps, I brought my own gloves (they have ones you can purchase or borrow as well). Warm up was jump roping, jumping jacks, then a bob and weave exercise focused on technique. There was encouraging feedback throughout the class, we did combos with a partner that involved high kicks, jabs, hooks, etc. Then we did core work. I read another review that said the class is super tight knit and that is very true. I don't know if my experience would've been different had I not accompanied a long time member however I do know that I really enjoyed the vibe of the class, Robert and how challenging the workout was. A note: the doors are left open to invite in a breeze, so there's no AC. Be comfortable with pouring sweat- it lets out ALLL the toxins. I was very impressed to get a text from Robert thanking me for visiting the class and offering 20% off anything from the pro-shop. You can tell he runs this business with a lot of heart.
