The mediation request was NOT due to personal issues- but the lack of one caused inappropriate interaction to be witnessed. This occurred even after I specifically asked for her to stay because consistency is especially important to children with her type disability. They told everyone that we chose to leave, which we did not. We had been there for FOUR years. I took the time to write this review because my special needs daughter was affected and I don't want that to happen to anyone else.

He got a role model who demonstrates a great combination of physical strength, confidence, and kindness. Bruno is incredible with these kids. You would think it would be like herding cats teaching the gentle art to sometimes up to 30 plus 4 to 7 year olds but he is a master at keeping them interested and engaged. It was his impressive charisma that made me decide to try Jiu Jitsu myself in his fundamentals class. His ability to teach adults is just as impressive. In the beginning of this journey I felt very uncomfortable and even thought it might not be for me. But I enjoyed Bruno's teaching style and warmth and charisma so much I hung in there and I am sticking with it and enjoying it more than ever. I feel like it has made me better. Of course Bruno is an accomplished black belt for the more advanced practitioners out there too! Training Jiu Jitsu has made our lives better. Thieves. I signed my…read moreelementary school aged nephew up for a 3-month membership so he could try it out. My nephew lives in the area & I live in California. We have different last names. It took me a while to realize that after the 3-month period ended, I was still being charged. After tracking down Edgard, the owner, he would only communicate via text. After some crazy back-and-forth it turned out HE USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER CLIENT'S CLASSES. I realized this, that's right, I realized it, he didn't, after he sent me some screen shots (I'll upload them here), showing the picture and personal information of an adult man, John Meyers, who is decidedly not my elementary aged nephew. Also, please note that that Edgard also sent me private information of one of his clients. What's worse I doubt he realizes what a violation this is. Edgard said he would return my money in a few days. He did not. I asked again after a month he said he needed more time to figure out how with his team how this happened. I told him he could figure that out on his own time. He still did not refund my money. I went to my credit card company and they did refund partially but since some of the charges were so old they would not refund those. They attempted several times to contact Edgard but he would not answer his phone or call them back. His actions are unethical, inept, and with zero regard. Do business with this person at your own risk. **I was able to track down John Meyers and spoke with his wife who had realized that they were not being charged & thought it was odd. After many months they were also unable to get Edgard to speak with them. Unfortunately, even though they know that I paid for their classes, they did not offer to give me back the money either.
