I can only review for the one service, but the friendly staff makes me want to come back, if I have any other issues. It was a quick 5 minute check. Chatted it up with (I think) the owner. The guy who took my car EXTREMELY polite and customer oriented. Waiting Room is clean with a couple of comfy chairs and a Flat screen TV and the A/C on Arctic. They made enough of an impression for me to check them out again. While I was there someone stopped by dropped and off their keys for their car to be repaired. I get the sense that this maybe a neighborhood word of mouth type establishment. If/when I go back, Ill update my review.

If only he were closer…read more.. I stopped at Crugnale's (krug-NAIL-ee) to get a pre-purchase inspection for a 2018 Kia Soul from a small dealership nearby. Their receptionist was super sweet and was a dead ringer of a dear friend back home--I did a double-take. The inspection took about an hour, as I'm used to, and I struck up a good conversation with the receptionist and another guest. Brian Crugnale came in with a legit checklist of inspection points, with red, yellow and green boxes for levels of risk. For a 2018 Kia with 146,000 miles on it (likely an Uber or a Lyft), it was green all the way through except five points of yellow which were the usual wear and tear on the shocks and struts. He wasn't going to say unequivocally that I should buy the vehicle, naturally, but his list gave me a good feeling to do so. So I did. In cash. The inspection was only $50-something. He gave me a quote of $700 for all of the repairs, which was really good because I had been spending $1,000+ routinely on my last vehicle that I only had for three years. Unfortunately, I live 40 miles way in Spring and Crugnale's isn't affiliated with any shops out here. Overall, it was a great experience, and Brian's team deserves all the good that comes to them.

I am always SURE to deal only with Chris, who is much more personable than Alan. Alan overcharged me greatly two different times so refuse to deal with ANYONE but Chris. Chris opened the cover of the door, found a lose wire and reattached it within 5 minutes, not charging me! Another time Chris straightened my crooked steering wheel in minutes charging me only $3! Ahn is amazing! I was looking for a place to replace a piece of my bumper after a minor accident…read more Originally I was a bit hesitant, as Ahn's shop does not have too many reviews on Yelp (I literally Yelp everything before I try it myself). However, this was the fairest price quote I received with the quickest turnaround time so I decided to go with Ahn. The bumper arrived just two days after our initial consultation and Ahn was able to paint and install it within a few hours. Ahn & his team were incredibly careful and had a great eye for detail. You can't even tell which side was damaged! Also, Ahn made sure to keep me informed every step of the way - I never felt the need to reach out for a follow-up. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance with this establishment - Ahn is super trustworthy and I had a great experience!
