About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me.
