We got as far as running my credit and discussing numbers. The following day, I called her to finalize the paperwork, sign, and pay the deposit, only to be told that the van had already been sold that morning. It was extremely frustrating to go through the entire process -- including driving out there and allowing my credit to be run -- just for the vehicle to be sold to someone else at the last minute. Better communication and professionalism would have gone a long way in this situation. People don't take credit checks lightly, and customers' time should be respected as well. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Save yourself the time and frustration.

I had been to a few other dealerships with nobody being able to finance me. I have no credit so it was very hard to get a bank to finance me. The first time there we were not able to get a deal done with a more expensive truck so Tomas had stayed in contact with me sending me trucks anytime they got a trade in! The AC ran pretty weak the whole time I had the car. Then two weeks later after renting this car, they send me a toll charge that happened a WEEK before I had even rented this car! So, they tried passing this charge on me knowing when the incident happened (read invoice). They must of thought I would just pay the small toll fee and all is well. So, if you're renting a Turo vehicle through them beware of charges they may pass on to you later on? Turo as a whole is a great service & I will continue to use Turo. It's the company that partner up with Turo that's in question.
