Autonique - Congratulations to Mr. Noerr on his purchase of this amazing 2020 BMW 750i!

Scrolling through ad after ad on CarGurus, I finally managed to land on a listing from Autonique over in Oceanside, CA for the exact car I was looking to purchase. Low miles, Great price. I sent a request for information via the CarGurus site and within literal minutes, the buying experience began. To call me a nervous buyer is putting it mildly. But on the other end of the phone was my salesman, Teo. From the second we started talking I knew I'd found the right place. He could sense my nervousness and immediately began explaining the process to me. Let's face it, buying a car sight unseen, out of state, and requiring transport, can put the anxiety to a level of 10 real quick. Teo was completely unphased and managed to calm my nerves immediately. I have purchased many cars over my lifetime, and can arguably say this was the most pain free purchase, transport, and delivery of a vehicle to date. No hidden fees, no questions unanswered, the deal I wanted, and the PERFECT car both inside and out, exactly as advertised. To Teo and Sam, a heartfelt THANK YOU from Mississippi! 100/10 would buy from you again!

BMW didn't make a lot of these, so they're not as plentiful as other models. I was actually looking nationwide due to the shorage in this specific model. But in the end, the best one I could find happened to be right here in Southern California! It had super low miles and every single option that was available. I dealt with Teodor and he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. The car is amazing and I'm very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership!

We went over some numbers on the phone, he answered all of my questions, and he truly went above and beyond to help me. When my husband and I went in on Sunday, Quincy was unfortunately not working, but Patrick and Tom were available to help us. Patrick was so friendly, down-to-earth, and not pushy at all. We ran into a slight hiccup while going over the numbers, which was not Patrick's fault, and Tom was able to get to the bottom of it. He saved the deal! We were there for only about two hours, and the entire purchasing process was headache-free. We left very happy with our experience. Thank you, Quincy, Patrick, and Tom! Five stars for all three of them! Unfortunately, we purchased the car on Sunday, and by Tuesday morning--less than 48 hours later--the check-engine light came on. The car was still running fine, but I drove it straight back to CarMax at 10:00 a.m. My initial interaction with the first service representative was not great. I wish I had gotten her name. She came across as dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering her or that the check-engine light wasn't a big deal. I tried explaining that I had just purchased the car two days earlier and felt I should be able to have it looked at as soon as possible. Instead of hearing me out, she told me I would need to wait a week for an appointment and might have to pay for a rental out of pocket. After she realized I was unhappy, she directed me to another service representative, who I believe was named Melody. She was amazing! She contacted the Escondido CarMax location and was able to get me an appointment for the very next day. My advice to the first service representative would simply be to listen to the customer and understand the full situation before responding. The only reasons I'm not giving five stars overall are my experience with the first service representative and the fact that the check-engine light came on less than 48 hours after purchasing the car. Although it turned out not to be a major repair, it is definitely not something anyone wants to experience immediately after buying a vehicle.

I utilized the Oceanside location and the representative who assisted me was Daniel. He was friendly, calm and willing to answer any questions that I had. The vehicle I found online was transferred from Orange County at no cost to me. I had submitted all my financials online so I was preapproved. From start to finish including test driving the vehicle, I completed this major purchase in less than two hours. I would highly recommend Carmax in Oceanside and if it all possible, ask to speak with Daniel to receive fantastic customer service.

Ray provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a supposed professional. He talks down to women as if they are stupid, he refuses to offer me the respect I deserve as a disabled person and patron of this shop. I was already promised a replacement by Zeek and the owner. I don't know what's going on over there, but Ray is starting an investigation on whether or not they will honor their word. The battery has already been checked! Zeek saw the damage in person when I brought it in. Zeek and the owner promised me a new remote! Now some guy named Ray is demanding I bring my car, that does not drive because they never fixed it, after stringing me along with nonsense financing they supposedly offer for months. I was finally able to get my car picked up and this is what I received in return for all the headache, and time wasting they gave me. One condition I have is OCD, so I have to have my keys a certain way and I keep them perfect on their keychain. Some numbskull decided to take my keys off the keyring you can see in the pictures. Then chose to stab a weird wire through my remote to attach the keys that were already attached with a key ring. Stabbing it damaged the internal components which caused the remote to stop working. Does this make any sense to anyone?! Lord knows it makes zero sense to me and I'm a very logical person. Ray I don't have to prove anything to you. The remotes damage has already been reviewed by the shop and I was told I was going to receive a new remote. That remote needs to be delivered and programmed to my current vehicle here at my home. I will no longer be inconvenienced by your unprofessionalism and lack of respect for women and the disabled community in general. It's a car remote your shop broke! It's not like I'm asking you to pay thousands of dollars for something crazy. Please take some customer service and sensitivity classes in order to help yourself be more successful in what you are in charge of doing. Your treatment of me has been disgraceful, and unacceptable! Do not talk down to your customers like stupid idiots. It's most likely they're smarter and kinder than you. This is a business not your own personal playground to bully people. I have videos of the damage too. I wish I could upload them here so you could see for yourself how ridiculous what they did is.

Made my credit score go from a 800 to a 500. Finally got back from deployment and my lawyer was able to help me get my credit score back up to the original no thanks to this horrible business. When I called to make sure they still had them on the lot (with such great prices, I imagine things move quickly) and from the minute Kevin picked up the phone, to the minute I signed papers with him and Ed - I felt welcomed and appreciated. Being a female I have always been precocious buying vehicles, I read up a lot on them before hand, compare prices, look at any issues, call all of my brothers and make sure I know everything they do about the certain model. So Friday night I walked in to PCH (after going to the WRONG PCH down the road, which is the tiniest lot with the most mediocre looking vehicles) I was prepared to have to battle my way through test drives and knowledge of vehicles and defend that rust and "road corrosion" were the same thing (this has happened before). But it was great!! I quickly got in the two cars I came to test drive and Kevin assisted the whole time if I needed anything. When it came to signing and understanding all of the paperwork, Ed was great. Incredibly honest, explained every part I was putting my signature on, made an amazing offer on my trade-in and even let me use the fanciest pen of my life! These guys were great, I felt confident in my buy and didn't have any "mmm... I don't know" moments or feelings of 'the wool' being pulled over my eyes. Even though my new (to me) Ford Focus Hatchback won't need to be replaced for a loooong time - I know exactly where I'm going when I need a new vehicle. I would give them ten stars, if I could. Honestly, check them out if you're looking for a new car, even if you don't live the closest their service is worth the drive. Thank you for everything!
