I came to write this review because many people don't want to write positive reviews about such a large expense, that was their own fault of doing. The guy was extremely kind and listened to what I said about the laptop. He said it would take roughly a week to fix and it was done in a week and a day. No complaints. I started with a nonfunctional laptop and I walked out with a laptop that was fully functional and felt brand new. Thanks so much!

I went to their Columbia Mall location. Nice guy took care of replacing the screen and said to come back if I had problems. My phone is VERY difficult to turn on, can't see incoming calls or texts (just a black screen). To wake up the phone, usually means tap the screen or press the right button. It now takes multiple gestures. My phone does not hold a charge and is very warm. I went back and dealt with a different smiling guy. Confirmed screen was a copy and just smiled as I complained!
