The office has a little bit of a vintage feel, but it is a welcome change from the sterile-feeling, cookie-cutter, white on white on white on white everything, offices that are popping up everywhere. The place is clean as could be, the care is top-notch, and a person answers the phone when you call. My interactions with the medical professionals could not be better. Everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgeable, they listen to questions, respond to concerns, and really worked with me to provide the highest level of care. Even on my first visit, I felt very comfortable. They even call back exactly when they say they will. My appointment started on time and I had no problems with paperwork or billing.
