I never ended up speaking with anyone. The office overall seemed overwhelmed and short staffed. During my appointment, the doctor appeared unprepared and did not know why I was there, despite having my chart in hand. On the way out, he instructed the front desk to send my records to "Dr. Calabrese" -- which is actually me, not my doctor. That interaction left me concerned about the level of attention to detail and communication within the practice.

He's terrific at diagnosing challenging conditions that don't have definitive lab tests to prove that you actually have that condition, but through time and patience, Dr. Bey will not give up on figuring out what's wrong with you. He's simply a top rate diagnostic physician. And, I've never had to wait in the waiting room more than 10 minutes max. His medical assistants are knowledgeable and help you feel at ease, and the rest of the office staff is also great. I highly recommend Dr. Bey.
