They did not. I called at least two more times. Left voice mail both times. No one called me. I did not attend the appointment on Friday after I tried to cancel three times and they put me down as a no-show. On Tuesday morning, they emailed, robo-called, and texted me to let me know I was charged and needed to reschedule. Almost forgot, when I got a robocall to confirm my appointment, the options were 1 - confirm and ... There was no other route despite the machine desperately asking me to enter an option.
