Had an appointment set up a few weeks ago but realized I wouldn't be in town. I called to cancel the appointment and was forwarded to voicemail where they said they'd call me back. They did not. I called at least two more times. Left voice mail both times. No one called me. I did not attend the appointment on Friday after I tried to cancel three times and they put me down as a no-show. On Tuesday morning, they emailed, robo-called, and texted me to let me know I was charged and needed to reschedule. Almost forgot, when I got a robocall to confirm my appointment, the options were 1 - confirm and ... There was no other route despite the machine desperately asking me to enter an option. Excellent care and follow up. Several years ago I had to go to the emergency room for some issues. I was admitted into the hospital. While I was there Dr Lee was the Cardiologist. I wasn't with Hartford Health Care at the time but I switched over and it's been an excellent choice. I switch my Cardiologist over to Hartford Health Care and I went with Dr Lee at Consulting Cardiologist. Dr Lee is an excellent Doctor and his staff at Consulting Cardiologist. His PA's are amazing and the office staff is A+. I am very glad to switched over to Hartford Health Care and Dr Lee at Consulting Cardiologist.Truly 5 Stars and A+ read more

New to the Manchester area and referred here by my family doctor for a second opinion. The doctor was great--nice and friendly--but the receptionist barely acknowledged me and seemed eager for me to leave. I had to ask multiple times to get any answers. The doctor ordered a test, but I've called five times and left messages with no response in almost a week. I called again today, but it doesn't look hopeful. Very frustrating. I like the doctor, but their office's handling of things is disappointing. After this test, I'll likely find another doctor. read more

It's extremely unfortunate that during the worst health scare of my life. While the Dr. Whose name I will not say is ok. The staff has been extremely unprofessional. I'm yet to feel as though anyone has taken me seriously. The secretary Chantelle has a terrible attitude very dismissive rather in person or on the phone. The front desk assistant Catalina seems to have been more concerned with how many times I wore a particular sweater. As if my sweater was the issue concerning my health. Of, course they were talking behind the glass, perhaps someone should tell them that it's not soundproof! While Mildred has assisted me, there common curiosity to return calls or just leave a message seems to not exist. I'll call the office several times and receive no response. However, when I walk in or send my husband to inquire, the requested information would be at the front desk days before but no one calls to advise anything. I have been a patient since September and I have been beyond patient with this awful service from the beginning until now. Finally today, I requested to speak with management. I was referred to Jessica Springer of whom I left a message for. I'm waiting to see how this will resolve. read more

Wonderfully amazing providers. Extremely courteous, professional and caring providers. Would recommended them 100 out of 100 times but beware of their billing representative Angela. She was abrupt and abrasive. Refused to listened or even provide the slightest bit of courtesy. Tried repeatedly to explain that claim needed to be resubmitted to our insurance company because claim was submitted with the individual provide ID and not the facility ID. The facility is in network, my husband had 5 claims submitted all but one claim was submitted with the facility/practice ID instead of the individual provider ID. There is no way for a patient to know what will be in/out of network as when additional tests are ordered for the same facility they never tell you the name of the provider or if the provider is in or out of network. No appoints are made without them confirming insurance so this should never happen. read more
