In fact, were rude to my mother and father to the point that we will never do business there again. Buyer beware! We never received the product and had to dispute charges on the credit card. Would love to talk with anyone on their executive team to let them know, they are failing. I've only left one other yelp review that I can think of. I only do it with the most nasty businesses. And by gosh if I could see the traffic stopping I know he could. I was slowing down and he wasn't. I try to keep a short distance on HWY 34 when stopping because it is a terrible HWY. I had to get very close to the car in front of me to try on my part to avoid getting rear ended. Just in the nick of time he slammed on his brakes. I could hear the sound as he slammed on them and came within inches of hitting me. When we got closer to Loveland he got into the other lane and at a stop light I was able to snap a photo of his license. And then was able to get the unit number. He saw me take the photo and did finally drive better not tailgating. I am turning him in for this. But please for your own safety WATCH OUT FOR THEIR DRIVERS around the Loveland area. As soon as I put it on at home, it literally fell apart and broke. I went back to try to return it, and the whole process was extremely frustrating. First, the staff gave me a hard time and said they needed to ask a manager if returns were allowed once the item leaves the store. Then another girl walks up -- not even a manager -- and asks me to explain the entire story again. After I did, she just said she needed to go get a manager (which I had already been told) and when I asked if she was a manager, she responded with a smart attitude, said "yep," and walked away. Not professional at all. The manager eventually came out and was also not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the staff here just seem rude and not customer-service oriented at all. I love the items they sell, but their jewelry is clearly cheaply made, and the experience with their employees really left a bad taste in my mouth. I honestly will probably drive an hour to the next closest location instead of coming here again. The products are great, but the customer service at this store is absolutely not. When we got home, I noticed one was potentially full of mold and the other had a huge gash in it that was affected its integrity. When I tried to have them replaced, they said no - even though we didn't get to select the boards. They didn't return the boards, but kept them and then I had to buy a new board and they at least gave me new one board free that I got to pick out. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't trying to return bad boards I picked, they did the picking. Management didn't provide quality customer service and I know I will never go there again. The person who was at the register and the one who cut my new boards had supreme customer service - management can learn a thing or two from them.

It was 1979 when The Buggles announced in a snappy little tune that "Video Killed The Radio Star"…read more It was 26 years later (Valentines Day, 2005, to be exact) when YouTube was born and gave hope to a new generation of Do-It-Yourself folks....and then eventually killed off the men and women who worked at Lowe's and Home Depot. I mean, we really stopped needing them about 10 years ago. The Circle Of Life is real. Sad, maybe - but real. Today, we visited the Loveland Lowe's to check out some new faucet options. On the way out, we stopped in the blinds section to ask a question about some Levolor blinds we bought several months ago from their store. We opted to have the blinds shipped to the house and do our own installation (thanks be to the Valentines Baby of 2005). The blinds arrived exactly on time, and they installed exactly as the instructions (and multiple videos) said they would. All good.....until we tried closing them. You see, these blinds were so tightly wound that we had to hang on them to get them to close. They opened very nicely, however, so we decided to just leave them mostly open and hope that the occasional opening and closing would cause some sort of miracle. Miracles must have been needed elsewhere, because it's nearly a year - and the blinds still take 50 lbs of down pressure and a near hernia to lower. So the visit to the blinds department today was a whim. I figured we'd at least give some feedback on the Levolor product - but our hopes weren't with us. And then along cane Roberta - a walking, talking mirage from the days when helpful folks walked the Lowes rows and told us that YouTube caused blindness. Roberta made a difference in our lives today. She listened to the issues, she got online, and she attacked the problem. She then took my name and number and offered to call me tomorrow to let me know how she worked over the Levolor people (ok, my words there) and got things straightened out. She knew the warranty terms and absolutely took accountability to find a solution. Thank you, Roberta!! And thanks to Loveland Lowe's for holding on to some of the best parts of DIY - the people who help us, and don't require a good wireless connection to access them!

I have wasted months of my life with this company. They gave me an estimate in February that was in…read morethe ballpark of other estimates I received. Since it was the lowest price and they had no bad reviews, I decided to choose them. I was later told that they would not honor the estimate they gave me because the contractor they sent out bid too low. They gave me a new higher estimate. When I went in to select the flooring colors I wanted, they told me, for the price they bid me, I had one choice for click vinyl and 10-15 not very attractive choices for carpet. Mind you, they have a beautiful store room with all sorts of options, but I was not allowed to choose any of those without my estimate going dramatically higher. When I called a couple times asking about the floor prep required, they wouldn't answer my question and instead they would send me a new estimate, saying 'that's the best they could do'. I wasn't trying to negotiate prices, I was trying to understand what prep was needed. I finally decided on which carpet and vinyl I wanted. Then I compared all of the estimates they gave me and realized that the labor and types of floor prep varied considerably between estimates. I went in to discuss the variances and they came back with an even higher estimate from Suzanne. It was $1000 over the original estimate. She didn't even come downstairs from her office. She had her employee give it to me saying that this was the final estimate. She basically wanted to get rid of me. I walked out. I have never been treated so poorly.
