I'm guessing, they only do business with contractors now, because they don't answer phones, don't update the website, don't list any locations for customers... but somehow claim they are still open. I guess uncle Benny only cares about his political campaign now. What a shame, I used to wander the yard and leave with hundreds of dollars worth of stuff I didn't know I needed.

You cannot get a manager on the phone with any decision-making power. They are in the Rock business. I wanted 15 tons of rock delivered on Wednesday. They called and rescheduled Thursday called and rescheduled Friday. Sent a broke down truck up there that could not make it Friday afternoon and would do nothing to solve the problem Saturday. In fact, were rude to my mother and father to the point that we will never do business there again. Buyer beware! We never received the product and had to dispute charges on the credit card. Would love to talk with anyone on their executive team to let them know, they are failing. I've only left one other yelp review that I can think of. I only do it with the most nasty businesses. And by gosh if I could see the traffic stopping I know he could. I was slowing down and he wasn't. I try to keep a short distance on HWY 34 when stopping because it is a terrible HWY. I had to get very close to the car in front of me to try on my part to avoid getting rear ended. Just in the nick of time he slammed on his brakes. I could hear the sound as he slammed on them and came within inches of hitting me. When we got closer to Loveland he got into the other lane and at a stop light I was able to snap a photo of his license. And then was able to get the unit number. He saw me take the photo and did finally drive better not tailgating. I am turning him in for this. But please for your own safety WATCH OUT FOR THEIR DRIVERS around the Loveland area. Lowered my rating due to this extremely careless driver. Otherwise it would have been a 5

But after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. My husband bought me an early Christmas gift, a ring from this store. As soon as I put it on at home, it literally fell apart and broke. I went back to try to return it, and the whole process was extremely frustrating. First, the staff gave me a hard time and said they needed to ask a manager if returns were allowed once the item leaves the store. Then another girl walks up -- not even a manager -- and asks me to explain the entire story again. After I did, she just said she needed to go get a manager (which I had already been told) and when I asked if she was a manager, she responded with a smart attitude, said "yep," and walked away. Not professional at all. The manager eventually came out and was also not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the staff here just seem rude and not customer-service oriented at all. I love the items they sell, but their jewelry is clearly cheaply made, and the experience with their employees really left a bad taste in my mouth. I honestly will probably drive an hour to the next closest location instead of coming here again. The products are great, but the customer service at this store is absolutely not. And the young lady who WAS NOT the manager, who wasted my time, her name was Katherine.

I asked the nearest associate about it, and he said that not only is it cheaper online, they are not allowed to price-match on the spot. So I ordered it online on the spot. Stood around and waited for a half-hour or so, during which I saw many employees standing around talking to each other and such. Finally we left for lunch. After lunch, we headed back to Lowe's and went to the customer service counter, where I asked if they could please get my one-item order. The girl wanted to be helpful and went to find it. She was gone a LONG time. Finally she came back with my single item. So basically about 3 man-hours were wasted (my daughter was with me) because Lowe's won't match THEIR OWN PRICES at checkout. If you ever wonder why some people like Home Depot better, just know that there's no way in hell that Home Depot would have wasted our time like this. They're more respectful of their customers than that.

The company offers a great selection of products, including options that meet specific installation requirements. My sales representative, Anthony, was thorough, proactive, and professional throughout the entire process. Having previously worked in remodeling and contract work, I tend to ask a lot of questions and pay close attention to details. Anthony was knowledgeable, a great listener, and always willing to address my concerns. I chose Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), and Suzanne's Carpet & Tile carried exactly the brand, style, and appearance I was looking for. Just as importantly, the product met the performance specifications I needed for a high-traffic, moisture-resistant application. There was one minor issue during the installation, but the company addressed it promptly and provided the appropriate credit without hesitation. In my experience, some companies can be resistant when problems arise, but Suzanne's Carpet & Tile clearly prioritizes customer service and stands behind the quality of its products and workmanship. I highly recommend Suzanne's Carpet & Tile to anyone considering new flooring. In fact, I was so pleased with the experience that I'm already preparing for a second installation project with them.
