On my trip to LA, my group needed to pick some things up from Whole Foods and happened to notice this coffee shop was in the next shopping center. The shop is small, decorated well, and has a lot of character. They had a lot of unique drink options, like the Chagaccino I ordered, or the dirty Coke. The Chagaccino appealed to me because I'm trying to limit my sugar right now and it's sweetened with monk fruit extract. It tasted so good. I've never actually had mushroom coffee before, but this really just tasted like a delicious cappuccino. Someone I was with tried the dirty Coke (espresso in Coke) and said it was really good, too! The service was excellent and it was overall a great spot to visit!
Clean, urban aesthetic and smooth energy at Constellation Coffee. Ordered the Matcha Latte with oat milk -- freshly prepped, balanced, and easy to sip. Quick service, polished ambience. Another solid stop on your Glendale/LA matcha run.
First 2 times here, I thought the lattes were really watery. I shouldn't have given them another chance, but only cuz it's next to my pilates class, I did and that was the last straw. I got a hojicha latte with no ice because I was going to drink it while driving and didn't want a diluted bev. The cup came barely half filled and I had to ask umm is this all? The guy nonchalantly said yep we give only 6 oz of milk or whatever and the rest is ice. Sure, I understand that cafes may have a certain ratio but come on... this for around $7 w tip ??? A ripoff and a joke of an establishment if they think customers would be pleased seeing a half filled cup. It just looks ridiculous. Would never recommend.
A very good neighborhood coffee shop. I've been to both locations and quality is consistent. We both had Cortados and they were perfect! Rich, smooth and not overly hot like some shops serve. The staff was friendly and moved the line along quickly. There is limited seating including a couple of spots outside. The vibe is comfortable and no one is rushing you. There is a small shared parking lot that is pretty tight even if you can find a spot and even harder to get out of. I recommend parking at the Whole Foods down the street. I saw several people doing the same but park at your own risk LOL There is also limited on street parking.
my regular spot! grateful to have them in the neighbourhood. consistently delicious coffee & nice space to get some work done. pricing is great for LA, as well. i typically go for the cold brew or a flat white. the parking lot is super tight but there's also metered parking on the street.
Such a cute spot right next to Jackal & Hare cut club. A must visit before or after your fresh cut!! Coffee flavor was authentically their own. Kevin was polite and hospitable. We had the rose vanilla espresso on ice with cold foam, iced matcha, and their chagaccino! All very favorable and brewed wonderfully !!

Second, if you're working it's a little small in there with a few scattered outlets, but we all made it work! I had to take a meeting and it was cute and quaint in there. The barista was very warm and welcoming and made me a delicious oatmilk latte. The espresso was smooth and the milk perfectly steamed. Would def stop by again if I was in the area
Stopped by here for a caffeine kick and some pastries. It's kind of a hidden cafe far off from the street, and parking is a pain, their parking is one way and you will have to go out backwards to leave the lot. The shop itself is quite cozy - it's small and narrow, and can fit maybe 10 people. Don't plan on staying there to work if it's busy. I believe their pastries are brought in by an outside vendor, and they're very good. I also had a rose vanilla latte with almond milk and it was beautiful and delish. Service was kind and efficient.
I went on a weekday morning and ordered an Iced matcha latte & everything croissant with cream cheese and jalapeño. It was quieter with people inside doing work on computers & chatting with friends. They have indoor seating and a few outdoor tables. The everything croissant with cream cheese and jalapeños was a good size, flakey with good lamination, and filled well. The iced matcha latte was earthy and delicious. They're dog friendly and even have treats for your furry friend. Parking- small parking lot shared with 2 other businesses (can be tough to get a space) or street parking
Amazing coffee and pastry! My partner and I each got a cappuccino with whole milk and it exceed expectations. Not too bitter, not too sweet, just right. Also we got the almond croissant and the filling was moist, not dry and crusty like the outside.
Free parking. 4% off if you bring cash but the price is already very good consider the raging inflation of coffee price in LA. The drink is pretty standard as any small business cafes but also i just got a latte so i can't really tell. They offer a variety of hot tea options too. The Asian barista does everything - taking orders and making drinks too. Shout out asian men! Very close to sliver lake meadow if you are running/walking it's a great choice.

This coffee spot deserves 0 stars but then I wouldn't be able to leave a review. We ordered 1 iced salted maple latte and 2 regular iced oat matcha(s). Once we all tried our drinks we realized the matcha tasted like straight milk. After asking kindly if we could replace the drinks or add more matcha the barista negotiated which would cost less (for him), asked us to pay for an extra pour of matcha in each drink at which point I let him know they were unacceptable and we'd like a full replacement, he didn't negotiate this time. After a beat he said "Actually I can add matcha at no cost." We agreed believing he would deliver a quality drink and got powdered matcha bits and powder all over the lids. See the pictures attached. Beware of this place. There's a lot better $6 matcha (and tips to give) in LA.

I was driving around my old neighborhood and found this coffee shop and saw reviews and I just had to go on and try it for my self. After I went inside and asked for some recommendations, I felt a little weird because it seemed like they were bothered by me. I asked about an item, and the interaction just felt a little awkward. Maybe it was just bad timing when I went, so I don't want to judge the whole experience based on that one interaction. As for the ambiance, the place had a nice coffee shop feel and was a decent spot to stop by and enjoy a drink. The overall atmosphere was pretty comfortable, although the experience could have felt a little more welcoming. Anyway, I ordered the iced latte, and it was actually really good. It wasn't too sweet at all, which I really liked because sometimes iced lattes can have way too much sweetness. The balance of the espresso and milk was good, and the latte had a nice, smooth taste. The espresso was on point and didn't have a bitter taste, which made the drink even more enjoyable. Overall, I definitely give them points for the latte. Even though my first interaction felt a little awkward, the coffee itself was good enough that I'd consider giving them another try. Maybe next time the experience will be a little different. I might go back later and try something else from their menu. read more

I recently tried this coffee shop while I was waiting for my daughters nail appointment. I ordered a couple items one being an almond crossaint. I forgot about this item and when my daughter's nail appointment was done no more than 15 min (child manicure) I came back to ask for the pastrie I forgot I asked the same guy that rung up my order. He actually seemed kind of bothered that I came back to asked for it. All the other items I got were okay but the almond crossaint that he gave me was super stale. Will not be returning the items were not good enough to deal with ppl like him. read more

A cute place in Silverlake to grab a bev. I enjoyed the greenery and plants that were used to decorate this spot. The baristas were super warm and welcoming and it seemed like a place where you could just as easily get work done as you could catch up with a friend. I ordered the iced oat chai and it was pretty good. read more

Constellation coffee is definitely a top coffee spot in the Silver lake area. The salted maple latte with oatmilk was absolutely delicious! I asked for an extra drizzle of the maple to balance out the coffee a little more and it was perfect! The maple flavor complimented the espresso so well and still didn't make the drink taste overly sweet. The worker behind the register was friendly and didn't seem annoyed when i asked for the extra bit of drizzle after already getting my drink. This is the perfect place to relax and sip on your coffee while getting a little work done. read more

This coffee shop is sooo cute it's my first time coming here, I highly recommend stopping here if you're going to walk the Silverlake reservoir or just need a quiet chill place to work from. The coffee is delicious it's not too sweet and you can really taste the subtle rose flavor in their rose latte. Everyone who works there is very sweet as well, will definitely be coming back. read more

Constellation Coffee is a small coffee shop along Glendale blvd in Silverlake section of LA. They have one other location in La Cañada-flintridge. Interior decor was adorable with plenty of natural light. Atmosphere was very relaxing with good music playlist. They have very small indoor space, so, seats are limited. However, they have some outdoor tables for customers. Moreover, they have a convenient parking lot. I came early Friday morning and I was perfunctorily greeted with a soft tone by a tall young red haired male barista. I perused their menu and I ordered a hot Cappuccino (8oz). It was really smooth and perfectly made. You can tell the beans were of exceptional quality. They also have pastries albeit limited. Service was on point. Prices are very competitive but bare in mind they charge extra 4% on all credit card transactions. Menu on the wall are cash marketed price. Overall, as a first time customer, I had a good order experience. I recommend this coffee shop. read more

Stopped in for a quick doppio, I was on a 168 hr fast so all I could have was straight coffee(my doppio) and some sparkling water. Cute little shop in LA. Doppio is served thr righ way, missing spoon though. Limited parking and indoor seating only. #ViBN read more
decided to try constellation coffee after a morning out in la with my mom a couple weeks ago. the interior is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye- i loved it. well lit in the front but it's a little darker towards the back. the baristas were friendly. i ended up ordering an everything cream cheese croissant and an iced salted maple latte. the coffee was okay at best, honestly. i didn't really enjoy it and wouldn't order it again, but i'm sure their other drinks are much better! it just wasn't for me. i loved the croissant, on the other hand. it was so good and it had jalapeños for a hint of spice. 10/10 overall, this is a nice & quaint little coffee shop to check out if you're ever in the area. i'd have no qualms coming back here (: read more

I first learned about Constellation Coffee through their La Cañada Flintridge location, and I was excited to see their new Silverlake branch once it opened. From their excellent service to their superb coffee, this is one of my favorite local cafes. I'm a fan of their specialty lattes! The Rose Vanilla latte balances its floral and sweet flavors expertly, and the pomegranate and chocolate flavors in the Grenade gives it a tart spin on your usual mocha. The interior has a calm ambiance that I could see would working well for reading, and they also offer merchandise and bags of coffee for sale. The staff always patiently answer my questions about brewing coffee at home, and I've enjoyed their recommendations when I'm looking for coffee beans to purchase. The attached parking lot can be busy (it's shared with several businesses), but street parking is ample. You can also get pastries for purchase though the standouts for me are the coffee and friendly vibes! read more
I ordered the latte with oat milk and an extra double shot and the hojicha latte with no sweetener. I loved the espresso latte! The hojicha latte definitely needs sweetener in my opinion so I added some stevia. The baristas were very friendly and ambience was very chill. I would definitely come back! read more

CONSTELLATION COFFEE is found at the cusp of Silver Lake and Frogtown. If I had to make a choice between the two on where this shop is, I'd go with Frogtown. You might miss this shop because it's at the back of a small center and you might not see it from the street. You'll have to be going really slow in your car and looking carefully towards the back of the center so you won't miss it. And you wouldn't want to miss CONSTELLATION COFFEE. Their CORTADO is solidly good. Strong, not too tart and has just the right amount of milk. The PURPLE RAIN is interesting. Missed the transformation, but did not miss the great flavor. The LATTE is also very good. Not milky at all. You get a good selection of viennoisserie too. There were at least six different kinds of croissants like the SAGE AND SPANISH CHEDDAR CROISSANT, which was awesome! Vegan options are also available. As mentioned before, this coffee shop is part of a center so there is a large free parking lot. If for some unknown reason, the parking lot is full (maybe because the crossfit people are working out in the parking lot), the supermarket parking lot is right next door. read more
