I always enjoy this quick serve cafe right by the lobby at the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel. The staff always friendly. The pastries are fresh and the coffee is great. They also have Gelato and a few sandwich choices for lunch. PSA ,the line can get really long around 9am but moves quick

The most beautiful dessert I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The "Guava Cream Cheese" was my favorite. It was sweet, creamy, and savory. The "Raspberry Lemon" was also good. It was not too sweet at all. It felt fluffy and so light. If you don't like desserts that are too sweet, I recommend this one. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable to me because of the location. You have to walk around a bit inside the Hard Rock to find this hidden gem.

Tried the cookies and a chicken wrap for a third time. Slightly better than the second time there. STILL, nothing but issues with the choices. The cookie still over baked. The Oatmeal cookie is wayyy too sugary, and I like sweet. The chicken wrap had plenty of chicken pieces but there was little lettuce and way too much dressing ( and I like dressing) The staff seems to gather and talk among themselves often. Noted it when ordering, during passing. WHY am I tipping counter service? The person rang up my order, hoped for me to add the tip at the second screen, picked up a cookie, put it in a bag and handed me a container with the pre made sandwhich. Still not pleased as this location is not consistant. Sandwich is 9.00 and cookie is 5.00. Not a reasonable price for non quality food. I could have sat at the restauraunt for that price.

The black lady manager.. totally inept and unfriendly. $26 for a white choc mocha, afogato, 1 Danish and a bagel. It took 14 minutes to get a fn bagel warmed up. Was it busy there? At 230 pm, a rush started AFTER we ordered. Yet the 6 ppl behind us got their coffees and food before us. Whoever was in charge of the food.. Jesus fn christ. Just have that person clean bc she is even more useless than the manager. Starbucks would be a better option.

Terrible, don't waste your money when there are other good places to stop at Hard rock Hollywood. Ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado. There was no avocado, it's basically dry turkey on a soggy brioche. Very disappointing. I was starving hadn't eaten all day so it should have tasted even better but I had to wash down every bite:/ I did order a chocolate chip cookie as well and it was great, so maybe just go for coffee and treats idk but I didn't know a simple turkey bacon avocado could be so bad...especially not for $20! The service was efficient but impersonal, meh.

Very good iced coffee. I don't always love Vanilla Latte but this one was great and the syrup was yummy. Quick pleasant service

Perfect place to grab coffee and/or desserts! Located in the new section of the guitar hotel, by the pool entrance. There may be a line but it moves fast. We love the gelato/ice cream here! it is the perfect size for an after dinner treat and it's truly delectable. My favorite is the strawberry guava gelato. one half of the space is where you "shop" and "order" and then the other half has seating for enjoying what you purchased! everything is ordered at the counter. They truly have something for everyone They had a lot of "New Jersey" inspired treats the week of the Bruce Springsteen concert, loved it!

my friends and I got the coffee and ice-cream along with some macaroons. Everything was good, cute seating area for catching up and the place does get busy.

Constant Grind is located in the Hardrock Hotel. It would be a pain to go if you're not visiting the hotel as it would take a long walk to get there from the parking garage. However, if you are at the hotel it's an excellent dessert shop. We had the Peanut butter cup gelato and it was excellent. Creamy, sweet and loved the peanut butter chunks in the gelato. It's lit up pretty nice and is right next to the guitar hotel by the pool entrance. Perfect to grab a bite and head over. The staff were all very friendly, they offer a sample trying as well if you are unsure of what to get. Prices were decent for the location and quality. Would come back

Line was incredibly long and food/drinks were made incorrectly frequently. Taste was okay at best. If it wasn't so busy, maybe it would be cleaner and nicer to sit in. I might go back to get a quick coffee before exploring the casino, but otherwise hard pass.

Our next family food is take us to Constant Grind (at Hark Rock Hotel) with a category of 3.4 and more than 46 reviews? small coffee shop located inside the Hotel. After a day walking around the Hotel and that includes the pool, shops and other entertainment places, the best option is to enjoy a Latte or an Espresso accompanied by a delicious dessert to regain energy but if your hunger is greater you can also order a exquisite sandwich specialty of the house and all that is offered to you by Constant Grind, with your recovered body continue the tour towards the casino machines to try your luck.

My daughter introduced me to a hidden gem at the Hard Rock Hotel--an oasis serving delightful, fresh craft desserts alongside a variety of coffee, refreshments, baked goods, gelatos, snacks, and more. The staff was friendly, and the place was impeccably clean, situated in the new wing near Council Oaks. We tried the White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha today, creatively shaped like a Christmas tree. It resembled a cupcake but was a unique treat with a soft white chocolate mousse, a hint of refreshing peppermint, a soft baked disk of goodness, and a chocolate truffle stump. Can't wait to return!

Located inside the Hardrock Casino, this dessert and coffee shop is convenient if your looking for late night desserts. They offer different flavors of gelato and mini dessert cakes from cheesecake to fruit tarts. They also offer package sweets from candies to macrons. Pricing is a bit expensive. But, if you won some money, might as well get yourself a treat here! We got a small strawberry gelato which tasted good but, it didn't have the consistency of a gelato. Also we got the mini fruit cheesecake. That was delicious. It wasn't too heavy with the right amount of sweetness. The fruits on top made it tasted fresh. The shortbread cookie on bottom added a nice touch to this dessert. Nice seating area and friendly staff who are there to help and answer questions. Clean and organized set up.

I had the French toast muffin and it was delightful. I skipped using the fork they gave me and devoured it. They do have a wide variety of coffee flavors as well as signature and seasonal coffees/lattes they seem to have on rotation. The pistachio iced coffee I decided to go with and what I really like is the option to add condensed milk which you don't hear very often and really reminds me of home overseas. The staff was great in making recommendations, extremely pleasant throughout the buying process and even there after when I was leaving. I'll definitely go back especially to their other pastries!

The Wild Mug Coffee Bar…read more It was a pleasant surprise and my fiancee and I really enjoyed the time we spent at this cafe. Today, we ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte, Spicy Beef Empanada, and their Key lime Pie. The coffees were good, but in my opinion, their pastries and snacks tasted better and left a bigger impression on me. The coffee flavors, I felt like I can find them elsewhere but the key lime pie was nice- just sweet enough and right level of tartness. The spicy beef empanada was nice too or maybe I was just hungry. You make sure to try it and let me know if it was really good or no. They offer indoor and outdoor seating but are both limited so get there at the right time or be ready for Togo. The interior is cleanly decorated and they seem to have put in a lot of time hand writing out the special menu and seasonal items. Yes I would recommend this place to others. Yes I would definitely visit the Wild Mug Coffee Bar again.

It took nearly 1H to get our 3 drinks and our food. We went on a Sunday morning, 10AM, we were the only customers when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and food. It took 30 minutes to get the food, and because they had forgotten one of the item, that needed to be cooked, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The drinks did not come fast either but because we ordered their specialty drinks, I can understand it takes time to prep. Staff is nice, but quite frankly I would have appreciated a "sorry about the wait/for messing up your order" and they could have warned us about food time prep. Either way, for us it was the last time we were taking food here.

Unfortunately, there were no baked goods out when I was there so I was not able to try anything. I am disappointed that my 12 oz latte with soy milk came out to $9. The truth is, the taste nor the demand for this place warranted such a high price point. I think I would be more willing to return if I had not paid so much for something I was not very impressed with. The flavor of ube was not really there, it was just very purple. This is just my opinion though and warrants no hate for this business. The ambiance is very cute and like I said, the place has serious potential, especially had there been any baked goods for sale.

My boyfriend has recommended this place to me a bunch of times, and since I was in the area, I finally stopped by. I ordered a horchata latte. It was perfection. You could really taste the horchata and the cinnamon. As for food, I decided to go with a breakfast sandwich. They have a board that shows you the types of bread they have, but they also literally show them to you in 3D form. They are all there in front of you. I chose a Cuban bread with egg, ham, and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was big. I didn't expect it to be so big, and I loved it. Just like the ones my mom used to make when I was a kid. The price for everything rounded up to $13, which was amazing. In other places, $13 is just a coffee or a sandwich, not both. They have this very big bookshelf with a bunch of books that you can read there, or if you want to take one home, you can just leave a small donation. The place feels very cozy, just the vibe you expect from a true coffee shop. Best believe I will be coming back. Hopefully next time I can try a woca latte.
