I contacted this company after my vehicle was damaged while parked on a residential street during their service days. The damage is clearly consistent with contact from a large vehicle, and I asked them to review their truck footage for that route. I was told "it didn't look like the truck got close enough," but no detailed explanation was provided--no timestamps, no camera angles reviewed, and no footage shared for transparency. For a company operating large equipment in tight residential areas, that level of review is not acceptable. I understand accidents can happen. What's disappointing is the lack of a thorough investigation and accountability. When a customer reports damage with a clear timeframe and location, there should be a more serious effort to verify what actually happened. At minimum, I would expect transparency in the review process and a willingness to look at all possible contact points--not just a quick dismissal. I hope they take situations like this more seriously moving forward. read more

I love to support local, small, family owned businesses, but this one is not worth it. They make promises they do not keep and tell you one thing and then back track. They take several weeks to bring or trade out trash bins, do not collect all of your trash (left our neighborhood in a mess and did not come back to recollect as promised), and their trash collectors pick and choose what they want to put in the trash truck leaving you with trash still. Years ago this company was good, but I can no longer recommend it and will be asking my HOA board to find a new company once the contract is up. I recommed finding a better rated company than this one, and do your homework before signing with a company. read more

Worst service on waste management. Constant misses (26 in all since Homes Associations Solutions chose this company) It seems that it is a mapping issue as my recycle and yard waste gets picked up but trash is very iffy. I have asked to speak to a supervisor (waste of time) to see what we can do to get 100% consistency. just switched to Constable, who is providing services for our Canyons subdivision- what a mistake - bait and switch - they failed to pick up our recycling three weeks in a row - their excuse "it's too heavy" although there are no weight restrictions and I emptied the recycling container down to approximately 1/3 of what it was there a joke such poor service with no attempt to remedy the situation. Stay away from this company they may give you a low price, but they don't provide the service they say they will. read more

They arbitrarily changed my pick up day without any notice. They refuse to pick up my trash on my originally scheduled day. Their staff as well as the city of Warrensburg have blatantly altered the maps to cover up the change in pick up days. If I could fire them, I would. I was their customer for 3 weeks, 1st week they forgot and I called. they missed me on Thursday and came back Monday afternoon. 2nd week I forgot about trash day. 3rd week they forgot I called and they said they'd be out Saturday (weather delayed) or Monday at the latest. I told them I was irritated with having bags of trash sitting in my yard and they understood. called back Monday and they said hopefully today, maybe tomorrow. When I signed up for Constable back in mid-February I was told that my trash bin would be delivered in a couple of weeks. A few weeks later, not having received my bin, and still three to four weeks prior to my first scheduled trash pick-up on April 3rd, I called again and was told that they would deliver my trash bin before the first pick-up. With no bin delivered by April 1st, I called yet again and was told that my bin would be delivered by the end of April. It's now May10th. No trash bin has been delivered. Having set my trash bags out early in the morning, as directed by Constable, my trash has been picked up five out of six weeks, but interestingly, they did not pick up the trash that was scattered about by animals that had torn open the trash bags--not exactly a "clean and tidy" scenario! Of course, none of my bags would have been torn open had Constable delivered my trash bin as promised. Not to worry though.......I picked up the garbage from my driveway, the street, and my yard. And the week that they missed, I called and arranged for a pick-up the following day. A few minutes ago I talked to Tiffany, Constable's office manager. Tiffany told me that trash bin deliveries were now running 14 to 16 weeks out and that she really doesn't know when my trash bin will be delivered. She did, however, explain that I could go to Walmart or another retailer and buy my own trash bin. Tiffany also trashed (pun intended) her fellow office workers by saying that no one should given me any proposed dates for bin deliveries. Never mind the fact that she just told me, and I quote, "14 to 16 weeks"! I then suggested that she leave me on the bin delivery list but refund the $30 bin fee. Tiffany said that she couldn't possibly do that, and again suggested I buy my own bin. I asked to speak with her boss or one of the owners, and she told me that the owners do not speak with customers and that she was the top of the customer service chain. Absolutely terrible. They only take 1/2 of the trash in the can, when you call to raise the issue they act like they are doing you a favor by correcting their mistake. Then when you cancel your service they expect you to leave their cans in front of your house for 4-6 weeks until they can pick them up. Further, their "customer service agents" are snotty and seem to be ignorant of the fact that they are paid to do a job and people expect that job to be completed as promised. read more

I am on the board of our small HOA. Our trash service contract was up for renewal so I called companies authorized to service in OP. Constable was on the list. When I called Constable they told me they currently could not accept another HOA due to number of employees and number of trucks. A few months passed and Tiffany emailed me out of the blue wanting to provide a quote for service for the HOA. I again got several quotes for service. We (the HOA) decided to select Constable. I was trying to get Tiffany to send me a copy of their contract for review and a potential service start date. Tiffany never could provide either. After several weeks she emailed me and said they did not have the bandwidth to accept another HOA. So our trash service contract came up for renewal again. I again reached out to Constable 3 times. Tiffany would not return my call or email. We have since selected a different contractor. I was in sales for 40 years in my working career. This is very strange customer service. We've been using Constable for about six years now. They have never missed a pick up and have always put the cans right back by the house. Between that, the customer service, and pricing... We had been using Constable for over 10 years. They were fantastic for a very long time. However, over the last few months they started a new crew running our route and they dont empty the trash or recycling completely, leave the bins in the street, and miss at least one trash or recycle pick up per week. This happened several times in a row. I really wanted to stay with them as they are local and were good to work with. But after getting the cold shoulder from office staff (tiffany) and no follow up from managers after requesting it, we had no choice but to move on from them. They are by far the most expensive option in LS which makes the move easier. I would not recommend using them as they are not what they used to be. read more

Constable Sanitation is great! We moved recently, and we had a lot of boxes from the move and new purchases. For several weeks we had extra big boxes full of flattened boxes next to our recycling bin and extra trash next to our trash bin. They took everything, every time. They also take big bulk items once a month so we were able to get rid of things the old residents left behind. We moved from KC where trash service was free, and we're much happier with the service we're getting now. They even have a FB page where customers get questions answered immediately. Very courteous and always brings my containers back up our driveway or to the side of house. Checks my containers at side of house to make sure we didn't forget to put out the trash/yard waste, which is very convenient when on vacation. Through the three months I used them every pick up day I had to call because they never picked up. I only needed them for three months because I was moving which was discussed. They no longer pick up my trash because of this obviously but they still try to take money out of my account for nothing. March we got them for service and they wanted three months which was cool. Then you don't take money out the next time because you knew we were moving so here we are in September and they take money out. Why didn't you take money out in June if that was the case? Truly the worst trash service I've ever had. If you're looking to set up a new service with them, DO NOT DO IT. I had to call them everyday for over a week just to get my trash picked up the first time. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel that they finally did it. Now, just a few weeks in, I've been calling them everyday for an entire week and they STILL have not come to get it. They tell me every single day that someone is coming, so I've had to leave my trash outside. We paid for new service and since we have began service they have not picked up our trash once. We have three weeks worth of trash in our driveway and have called multiple days each week for the past three weeks and keep getting the run around. Last week when they missed for the second time, we called and were told to put it out and they would either pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday. So each day we have brought our trash in so it doesn't look horrible in the front of our house and then we have to bring it back in each night. It was again not picked up on either day. When we called they said, oh - tomorrow is your normal day so just put it back out tomorrow. And again it was NOT picked up. We were told yesterday when we called, after realizing from our camera's that they had not picked up again, that it would be picked up by 7pm last night. AGAIN it wasn't picked up. When my husband called today, we were told again.....put it out next week and we will try to get it Tuesday or Wednesday? Are you freaking kidding me? We are going on four weeks worth of trash. I am requesting that Constable pick up the trash in my driveway today and provide me a full refund. If it is not picked up today, I will take it to a dump and pay the fee to dump it and then will be submitting my mileage and dump fee to Constable for a refund for that as well. This place is a joke! Not to mention you can't even speak to an employee when you call. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Can't even speak with a manager either! I'm fed up! This company took my money, and have missed every p/u for 4 weeks straight. They ask me to have patience...it has run out. They picked up my neighbors trash today but not mine. You cannot call in till 7pm the day you are supposed to be picked up...of course there is no one in the office. They call back the next day and tell you they will have it picked up by 7pm the following day.....my old service picks it up so I have no idea if they show up 2 days later. NO, NO, NO!!! Missed pickup more often than not! There is never anyone there to answer the phone. When I called to initiate service, I had to leave a voicemail. No one returned my call. I called again almost two weeks later, and had to leave another voicemail. Since starting service with them, they have missed picking up my trash more than they have picked it up. Really wish I could give this place negative stars. Where to start, my wife and I have been with this company, unfortunately for about a year and a half and we've had issues virtually the entire time. Constantly the drivers are throwing the bins (keep in mind these are cans I bought myself) either into the street or on the sidewalk to the point, the wheels have completely broken off one of them and the lid was ran over. We try calling them about it numerous times and either they take forever to respond, or they don't reply at all. We have multiple videos of their employees just damaging my property. ( I ended up buying a video doorbell because of this) Even with all this, they still treat us like crap and I've been trying to convince my wife to switch companies but these guys are the cheapest we have in the area.
