I was told "it didn't look like the truck got close enough," but no detailed explanation was provided--no timestamps, no camera angles reviewed, and no footage shared for transparency. For a company operating large equipment in tight residential areas, that level of review is not acceptable. I understand accidents can happen. What's disappointing is the lack of a thorough investigation and accountability. When a customer reports damage with a clear timeframe and location, there should be a more serious effort to verify what actually happened. At minimum, I would expect transparency in the review process and a willingness to look at all possible contact points--not just a quick dismissal. I hope they take situations like this more seriously moving forward.
