Over the last year or two, I've gotten some really cool finds and deals from Consignment Collection. I recently bought a huge canvas painting at a discount that upon a quick Google Search I found would have cost a few thousand from the artist. They also were helpful when I had a large couch I purchased delivered to my house. It's eclectic, that's for sure. I personally enjoy that aspect. Some items are super vintage and maybe look a bit worn but you can find some really great estate sale items and furniture pieces that are in great condition. read more

This store is like a treasure hunt. You can find some really unique items and collectibles. Their prices range based on each seller. The only downside is that the front area is semi-air conditioned with a lot of fans, but the back of the store and the second floor are VERY hot in the summer. The only thing that would make this place creepier is if you had to drive miles and miles to get there, in the middle of no where. #tcsm It's a good tourist attraction, reminiscent of Texas ChainSaw Massacre. (Would be great during Halloween ) I found the majority of their items were overpriced unless you are Dracula and live in a castle or are deeply into the Victorian Era. I wandered into Consignment Collection on a whim. I've been looking for a pair of elliptical antique glasses with a saddle nose for a couple years. The person behind the counter directed my attention to a cabinet at the entrance. Within seconds, I found a pair of the exact spectacles I've been looking for. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. That sort of good fortune in antique hunting is practically unheard of. And the price, it was a steal. I'm looking forward to visiting this place again. read more

This store has the best unique finds, high end finds and just stuff you didn't know you needed until you walk in the door! From my conversations with Owner, the building used to be an old honky tonk and you can kinda picture that in you mind as you walk through all the rooms. She told me they do consignments, buyouts and Estate Sales, being new to the area, she was a wealth of knowledge as she said she grew up right in the are. It's definitely one of the fullest places to go "junk'n" for sure! Be prepared to spend a couple hours if you're really wanting to find something because I'll bet you they have it! I leave the store with a purchase every time I visit! It's a little dusty, a little dim and fully packed! If you love to treasure hunt .... this is your "diamond" in the rough! We have put this into our GPS as the, "blue consignment shop. In fact that is because the building obviously is blue. Today when we visited there my mother was interested in purchasing one chair. When we went to the front desk to ask about pricing the lady who normally is in charge was standing to the side. There was an Anglo woman with glasses who told us that she was in charge. I explained that we were looking for the best price for a cat hair covered swivel chair and she dropped the price by $10. My mother was very interested in that chair so we decided that we would take it. The owner/manager (I.e., the lady with glasses) said that there were actually TWO of those chairs ( they were displayed on opposite ends of the store). I asked her if she could please put the two chairs together so that we could choose between the two. She told me that if we wanted either of the chairs, or both, that we would have to move them ourselves. I'm sorry, I have had back replacement surgery and I don't move things around the store in order to determine whether or not I would like to purchase them. Meanwhile, the lady who we normally deal with stated that she would be happy to help. Mother chose to purchase both chairs, minus the ottoman which was clearly stained and unusable. The nice lady that we normally work with helped the one worker that they have in the store to load both chairs into my vehicle at a cost of around $350. If you decide that you would like to visit the shop, bring a flashlight, it is very dimly lit and you will not find out until you bring your purchases into daylight that they may be stained or covered in animal hair. Also, as a business owner, I have to say that I was very upset and disturbed by the owner/manager telling us that they could not sell the chairs (*Wilson was the consigner??) unless we loaded them ourselves. #lacking in #customerservice read more

This store is really cool. Lots of antiques, so if you are looking for furniture you must come to this place and check it out, but like anything else you have to really look for the deals as to me, most of the furniture is a bit too high. But definitely stop to check out the many items they have. read more

I'm surprised I've never been to this consignment shop along 1960. It has 22,000 square feet of new and used furniture, collectibles, artwork and consignment items. Mostly used of course, but some old new stock merchandise. Check out the popeye toy collection in the glass cases near the front. Also, there are a lot of vintage pinball back displays laying around the entire store. Some booths have sales. It's mostly between thrift store and antique store prices. I didnt really find anything, but there is a lot to see between the two floors of merchandise. read more

I've never stepped into this place, but the confusing, horrible phone call I received from the owner stuck with me. I'm struggling to understand the level of contempt/nastiness from a woman I've never met. Also, her shop was closed before posted business hours. If I consigned there, I would expect the store to be open during posted hours. read more

Hidden treasures??? Well you will have plenty of stuff to look through to find one! I've been here several times and found something that I probably didn't need but saw it and decided that I could use it! lol Lots of furniture and used things needing a new home. Not the cheapest consignment store, but definitely better prices than some of the others in the area. read more

The front desk lady always seems to be having a bad day, we've been there several times and she's always a bit rude on her tone when you ask her questions... Although, the place is nice and they have a beautiful selection which is why we keep coming back, the customer service needs some improvement. read more

Fun to walk through and browse. Prices are OK. Better than areas in town like Montrose and the heights. Though I've bought a few great things, I'll probably quit visiting simply because of the owner. She's rude and condescending. Treated me like I was a major bother to her and just wasting her time. The older woman that works at the front is so sweet. Unfortunate. read more

Their website and their Yelp says they are open on Sundays. I drove all the way over here and they are closed. They are so inconsiderate.

I went into this store yesterday after passing for years. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of furniture they have and the fact that they are not over priced. I found two really fine table lamps for our livingroom for $49 for the pair, which to me was a godsend. We also bought a beautiful, high quality couch which had just been reduced from $299 to $199. I had been shopping in all of the big stores and suffering sticker shock. This place saved me hundreds of dollars and the quality is very good. You will enjoy just browsing, they have so many interesting items, and the staff is very friendly. read more

Shopping at this place 1-31-15, my daughter stepped on rotten porch board and fell through the porch. When we notified their employee and went back later to take pictures of broken board, their immediate response was "What were you doing on the porch?" Never one word of concern about her condition, if she was injured, if she needed attention, her name, contact info. Very poor customer care or personal liability. Beware this place read more

Horrible. Like a barnyard garage sale. Overpriced and common. But the kicker is the owner....running around barefoot like she owned M.S. Rau. She was chastising her minions for not following her "directions" in front of me! Old men...it was humiliating. But the best was when I asked her to price something which she had not done yet (like most of the junk)....she actually yelled at me. I was appalled. What the other gentleman wrote about his daughter falling through the porch...I can totally see that response. I didn't actually get to see much of the place. I was in there for about 5 minutes before being attacked by an infestation of fleas. They were all over my legs and clothes. When I notified the owner (of the person that opened the store) of this problem, her response was "Oh, we had raccoons. The exterminator told us to vacuum." She acted like it was no big deal and from my experience, there is no way an exterminator had been there. TOTAL INFESTATION OF FLEAS and TICKS.
