The finished bathroom looks modern, clean, and well put together. The materials, layout, and details all came together exactly how we envisioned. Overall, HQ Remodeling & Design delivered a very professional experience from planning to execution. Tali was great at helping us coordinate the project, and Mel and his installation crew are true masonry artists. We asked for a complex, multi-tiered built-in bench to be integrated into our retaining wall, and they nailed the exact child-safe, flush-front design we wanted. They also laid down a massive patio area with a custom floating diamond paver inlay that looks stunning. The crew worked hard, accommodated our specific design tweaks, and delivered a beautiful backyard where our kids can safely play. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately, it was often difficult for others to fully understand our vision, and many things were not completed the way we had hoped. Eventually, we decided it was time to find one company that could bring our entire backyard dream to life. We interviewed four different companies, and Kiko immediately stood out from the rest. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but from day one he was genuinely excited about the transformation process. Having someone just as excited as we were made him feel like so much more than an ordinary contractor. Choosing Kiko gave us peace of mind knowing he would truly do his absolute best to help us achieve our dream backyard. Throughout the entire process, Kiko was transparent, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. Whenever unexpected situations came up, he always kept us informed and worked with us to find the best solution. One thing we especially loved about this company is that they have an amazing team behind the scenes specializing in every aspect of the project. At the beginning of the process, we had so many ideas floating around, and Aya, their architect, helped bring everything together beautifully. I sent her my inspiration photos, and she created a 3D rendering of our backyard that truly helped everyone visualize the final result. Kiko and Aya even came to our home to present the design, and they made changes in real time until we were genuinely happy with the plan. Even after that initial meeting, our design evolved many times, and Kiko was always patient, receptive, and attentive to all of our comments and concerns. He even made sure to preserve several of our trees and carefully relocate my banana and lime trees that I love so much. That level of care and attention meant a lot to us. Our entire backyard renovation including demolition, pool construction, inspections, and everything in between was estimated to take about six months, but the project was completed much faster than expected. His team worked so efficiently, and we were consistently impressed by their dedication and work ethic. My husband and I even went away on a two-week vacation during construction, and Kiko made sure our home was taken care of while we were gone. There were even times we would message him late at night fully expecting a response the next morning, but he would still reply. Daisy, Juan, and the rest of the hardworking crew who were part of the main construction process were also incredible to work with. Every person on the team was kind, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The craftsmanship and overall quality this company provides truly is the best of the best. Completing this renovation has been one of the biggest upgrades we've ever made to our home, and my husband and I are beyond grateful to Kiko and his entire team for taking such great care of us throughout the process. Our backyard has become a beautiful oasis where we can relax and recharge after stressful weeks, and even our piggies love their new home too! When the time comes to renovate the rest of our home, we will absolutely be reaching out to Kiko again.

To be honest, it really restored my faith in landscaping contractors. I submitted an online request for a quote and the next day Mike emailed me requesting pictures of what our project wanted to include. Originally we just wanted to pull out our front yard plants and redo just the front but there is a $5000 project minimum. After deciding to redo our turf and also include our backyard, Mike came out the next week for a free in person consultation and got me a detailed quote within 2 days. The turnaround time for everything was just amazing, I've never seen anything like it. Our lot is about 3615 sq ft to give a reference point. Our project included: all the labor to demolish/uproot all of our plants including a very large 20 year old tree in the backyard + all the roots (completed in 2-3 days), redid our front and backyard turf (completed in 2 days by Backyard Golf Company), added a veneer stone and cap on our retaining wall (1 week) and replanted all our plants/installed a drip sprinkler system/installed lighting front and backyard (1 week). We have an HOA and Mike had a complete detailed plan and diagram ready for us within 3-5 days. Once HOA got back to us, the project was started within a week and finished in the estimated time frame. Workers came promptly at 8 AM and they were actively working all day not just sitting around. Very respectful, even blowing all the dust at the end of the day to keep the area clean, no garbage left anywhere. The entire project was $30,000 and there weren't any surprise or unexpected costs. Invoices are sent every week on a reasonable schedule and I just loved our experience. I'd recommend Seabreeze to anyone wanting to do their hardscape landscaping in a heartbeat!
