Worst experience ever. We had a party booked for a room from 5 to 6:30 pm for a 3 year old. We were told we could get there half an hour early to set up. Nope, not only did we not get in early, we got in almost 15 minutes late. Ok, no worries.... we get going in the room and get our drinks from Megan. She tried. After 30 minutes with the pizzas that were part of the package not being delivered, we grabbed a pizza off the buffet. 10 minutes later the pizzas we had ordered finally come but by then the kids were eating the cake. We hadn't even gotten everyone a piece yet when they told us we had to leave the room so they could clean it for the next party. We move to the diner area and Megan tries apologizing. We ask for the manager to see if they could do anything since we did not get the full hour and a half and she said no that their corporate would not allow that. Casy, the manager, would not even make a consideration for deducting a buffet charge, drink charge, anything. I am very diplomatic by nature and there was a cop standing beside me, so it's not like I was being aggressive or disruptive. Casy says she can't offer anything until she looks at the ticket. I step away and let her do so. I come back and she again says she can't do anything. The pizza has not been touched but a slice at this point and we are opening presents. Megan comes in and stars calling for everyone who is playing laser tag to come. We ask if we can reschedule and she says no it is booked at the time the party is set and or time had started. I ask if she can switch us with another group and she says she can't because she has tried with other groups that day and no one would switch. We wanted to watch our 3 year old open her presents. We had a small group, less than 10 and only 3 played laser tag. I ask for a box for the pizza and Megan says there is a charge for boxes.... I'm done. The manager then proceeds to tell me it's a higher charge for the box, 6.00 per box because she's going to have to have the pizzas remade. She goes on to state it's a health code violation to just box up the pizzas and send them out. Wrong. It's their corporate policy not a health department policy. I finally walk away when I realize this woman is just having a bad day and not going to be helpful in any way. I would avoid this place at all costs. You don't get what you pay for - time in the room, the service is slow and the managers are not helpful. To top it all off, the room we had been in, never had another party put in it or the room next to it in the additional 3 hours we were there while the kids played, we were camped in the dining room and had a clear line of site plus the soda machine was directly in front of the room we had been in. read more

I cannot comment on the quality of their food or selection of entertainment. I can comment on the service. I booked a birthday party for my 3 year old granddaughter last week, to be held today. The deposit was $75 with a 72 hour cancellation rule. I was told yesterday, that there is an epidemic in Texas - especially in this area - of Whooping Cough. Playground equipment is one of the biggest transmitters. Outdoor equipment has the sun for a natural sanitizer, but indoor equipment is the biggest risk for children to catch this deadly disease. Because we have several immuno-compromised members of our family, I decided to cancel the party today. I contacted management to alert them of the cancellation and to urge them to take extra precautions in disinfecting their playground equipment. I asked if he had heard about this new outbreak in this area, and he said no. I also "asked" if I might be able to get my deposit back. I wasn't surprised to hear them say no refund. It was after all inside the 72 hour window. But I was disturbed by his lack of concern about the news of the outbreak and did not indicate extra precautions would be taken because of the Whooping Cough epidemic. He seemed satisfied that they are doing enough in their routine disinfecting. Being the caregiver of an immuno-compromised person, I found his indifference disturbing. I will not be endorsing Incredible Pizza to anyone in the future and until I receive some feedback showing genuine concern for public health, I will encourage everyone to avoid the place. read more

An INCREDIBLE disappointment! The food was not incredible. The buffet is big but not filled. Oh and for the parents out there: the ice rink is about 20 ft long and is made of plastic, the go-cart track is tiny, the mini bowling is just that mini (about 10 ft). The only games that looked worth spending money on was miniature golf, arcade games, and possibly the laser tag. This place gets busy on the weekends so if you don't have kids you probably shouldn't go. Lastly it's somewhat expensive, $20 for two, when you can go to CiCi's and spend half that. My husband and I both agree that we were left underwhelmed and prefer CiCi's. read more

Stumbled across this joint, honestly I was lost and making a u-turn. My children & I decided to check it out. Immediately walking up...loved the 50's music. Bought 3 buffets and 30 dollars of tokens. Thought it was kinda pricey at first. We had a blast. Yes the go kart racing was small, meant for younger kids. Ice rink was small, and used immitation ice, once again, kids loved it. We had a blast, all the games were in good working order, we went on a Saturday so it was packed. Food was ok, your regular pizza buffet. There were tons of birthday parties booked, so we had to carry our food around a bit before finding seating. . We spent 3 hours there, and didn't feel like it at all. The kids had fun, I had fun. The only thing incredible about this place is the game room area and laser tag. Their food sucks just about as much as the service. My sister planned my nephews Bday party here and was only allowed to rent a room for 1.5 hour, they told her she could arrive 15 min early to setup and decorate; so we get there only to be told the party room was not ready yet, finally 20min into our party time the come and tell is the room was FINALLY ready. They would not comp her the time they took to get it ready. We waited forever just to receive the game cards, my sister payed for 12 and only received 10, when she notified our hostess she seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with it, not to mention she looked down in the dumps so we all tried to cheer her up, no luck there... I planned a birthday party for my son at this place. I was new in town and I didn't know where else to throw a kids birthday party. The staff were differently on their game, they were amazing with the kids. It was very well organized. The prices for a party where a lot cheaper then what I normally pay. The food was very disappointing. The buffet they have there was very scary. My husband had their salad bar, he ended getting sick to the point where he spend the whole time in the bathroom. I don't recommend you try their food here. The pizza was just okay, but everything else looked at least a few days old, definitely not fresh. read more

My family has come here for years. This is Spring Break so I always expect insane crowds - doesn't bother me. What I don't expect is health code violations that would make a 3rd world country feel proud. A front line server at the pasta bar, wiped the spilled spaghetti and other food dropped by customers on the counter, and put it back in the spaghetti serving warmer. I thought she was going to pull the container to toss it. Didn't happen...sadly I had to ask if she was going to throw it out. When she asked why, I shouted "you just threw trash from the counter into the spaghetti that customers are going to eat, REALLY???" She got really nervous and said she was sorry and threw it out. Clearly this is the norm as she saw nothing wrong initially. Secondly, I watched 2 employees stand on the counter where cups are stored, to refill the ice compartments in the soda machine. Guess there's no ladder. If you think someone cleaned the nasty counter where their shoes walked think again. I took pictures, and will be sharing with local news networks. Clearly the health dept has given this place a pass on anything that resembles compliance. Ticket exchange for prizes was a nightmare. Had to correct an employee who tried to move my children out before they completed transactions to make a group happy in line behind us. Can safely say this is our last visit. Just spoke with Lauren, Director Guest Services before leaving. It was clear she was overwhelmed. She apologized and said she would speak with food workers, disinfect counters, and speak with prize employees. Very sad to see the place go down hill. read more

A $20 game card lasted me a good 2 hours. All of the games are 40¢-$2; relatively cheap compared to Main Event or D&B. Service was great, and all of the games were in working order. You also don't need to buy a buffet pass to enter the fairgrounds, you just need to buy a minimum $7 game card. Very good arcade experience, especially for families! read more

This is not the first place I would recommend for quality pizza but it's probably good enough to please a hungry kiddo. It is what it is; a family-oriented restaurant to eat and have fun. I only came to meet some family friends of my SO. Normally, I would give a 3-star but there are some food safety issues to work out. I saw a few younger children at the buffet on their own - one of whom licked their hand before grabbing a spoon to serve themselves some mac and cheese. Said child then picked some noodles off the spoon with their licked hand and finger fed themselves at the buffet before replacing the spoon. Luckily, I warned a nearby employee who promptly removed the food from the buffet. Still, it makes one wonder how often it happens when no one sees it. Restaurant really should do a better job of making sure younger kids are accompanied to the buffet line by an adult or at least monitoring the buffet line. read more

This place is not terrible. In my book, all kids places like this are on the same level. What makes this one nice is the extras - bowling, skating, bumpers cars, laser tag, go karts and putt putt golf. But, DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. Judging by previous reviews and my experience, they do not know what they are doing or just do not care. I had a group event planned for over a month and when I arrived, our tables were not ready. We had to wait for them to be wiped down. Then every person who arrived and was supposed to be charged our group rate and receive a game card was charged the wrong amount and not given a card. When I went up to the front and spoke with a MANAGER, she was not helpful and got attitude with me and told me they do not do a group rate with a game card for the amount I was telling them. It took me pulling up my emails from the Event Sales Rep which detailed everything I was telling her. Each person in my party ended up having to go back up to the front and have a refund processed so they could fix the error. It was a headache and took up a lot of time which was very inconvenient considering we only had our tables for one hour. read more

This place has so much potential. Has all the bells, whistles, noise, rides, laser tag, and arcade games you could possibly ask for. It also has a place for your younger children. We thought it would be great because we could eat lunch and then the kids could play afterwards. We arrived with our five children in tow. Their ages range from 18 months to 11 years. We decided to eat first and went to find a place to sit down. My first complaint, nothing was clearly marked. We didn't know if we were allowed to sit anywhere, where the plates were, high chairs, silverware, nothing. No one gave us instructions as to where to go and nothing was clear. It was very confusing and frustrating because it's hard enough to tote all of our kids somewhere. So we finally figured out that we could just sit anywhere we wanted. There were like 4 or 5 different rooms we could choose to sit in. We chose a room that had a tv playing "Leave It To Beaver." As I held my 20 lb 18 month old in my arms we searched for a clean table. They were all dirty. I mean all of them. Some of them had been cleared of dirty dishes, but the table itself was still filthy. I took some wipes out of my purse to wipe a table down for us. After that I realized there were no high chairs in the room. I had no idea where they were. I left my other kids in the room for a minute and went out to see if I could find some. There were no employees asking me if I needed help or if they could get something for me. I finally found some all the way down near the entrance. So I brought it back to the room we were sitting in and I passed some napkins on the way and thought I would grab some since I had no idea if there would be some available closer to our dining area. When I got back in the room, my baby daughter threw a couple on the floor. I leaned down to pick them up and when I did, my finger touched the floor a little. I had touched something brown. It got on the napkins too. I smelled my hand. Guess what it was?? No joke it was feces. I was mortified. Within ten minutes of arriving I had experienced a lot of stress and I now had someone's feces on my hand. I left my kids with my sister and ran to the bathroom to scour and sanitize my hands. Afterwards you can imagine I had a hard time feeding my children or myself. I couldn't help but notice how dirty the floors and all the tables were. I did see employees clearing dirty dishes and used napkins but not once did I see someone wiping down a table or cleaning the floors. There were no hand sanitizing stations near the buffet tables either. No flow. No lines. It was chaotic to say the least. Not once did I see an employee clean anything for that matter. The bathrooms were gross too. I looked in most of the stalls, trying to find a clean toilet. Several of them had feces smeared on the toilet seats. A lot of them had an overflowing sanitary napkin container. There was even a used tampon on the floor. Just plain disgusting. The employees weren't friendly or helpful either. At least not the ones we experienced. We observed one employee moving slower than a snail to clear tables in one of the dining rooms. She would clear a little, then stop and watch the tv for a minute, then go back to clearing a little. Not once did she wipe anything. I didn't even see that she had any cleaning products. It grossed me out so much. Oh my gosh the place was so nasty. There were a couple nice ish employees in the game area, but nothing over the top. I will say there was a nice young man who worked at the laser tag counter. He was very nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. He had glasses and strawberry blonde hair. He stood out because everything else was so completely disgusting. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I feel like I need to shower again today. I hope we don't get food poisoning. Such a terrible experience. We really had high hopes. Especially because we spent almost $100 bucks. Total disappointment. We came here for our son's friends birthday party. In the middle of eating our food, someone in our party found a roach floating in their drink. When we confronted the on duty manager about the situation and suggested that they dump the ice out, we were told that they would look into it. They never dumped the ice while we finished up the party. She offered a free buffet and suggested the manager on duty 'might' offer to take a buffet off the current bill. When we went back to check the ice, it was still unchanged. We will never eat here again. read more

Reserved the "glow room" for my son's 7th birthday party complete with the glow zone package. Drove all the way from Katy, paid $230 for the 5 kids there and didn't get the glow room. Was immediately ousted into the diner at the end of the party even though there was not another following in the room we were place which was NOT the glow room I had reserved with the black lights and glow necklaces. Had to ask for each item, was not given the choice of bowling or laser tag and one of my guests had to go find forks when the cake was finally served. Not at all impressed and sad that this is the only facility with all the amenities my son wanted. I was offered game cards after the manager admitted we did not get the correct party room. When told we live an hour one way away and would be back she advised that she would have to speak to upper management and call me tomorrow regarding any refund. Again. Not at all impressed and would not recommend scheduling a birthday party here. You may or may not get what you request and if you don't get it then you're just out of luck. read more

I booked a glow zone party way ahead of time...it is your establishment that offers a free upgrade if your party is booked during the week, which I had to ask for and was not offered to me. I have an email to prove what I booked and how much it was suppose to cost. Which is very sad that I have to prove it to y'all and that you cant take my word for it. When we arrived their was another party going on in OUR room! That is what it boils down to. Your employee said that since it wasn't in the notes it didn't happen, and that y'all take "very good notes." I find it very rude for an employee to call me a liar and not to mention the fact that the owner said the exact same thing hours later, even though the only evidence of that fact is "we take good notes" The fact of the matter is that they weren't there and had no idea what what I booked!!! For y'all to question my integrity for that reason is ridiculous... See email...Y'all keep acting like y'all did me a favor by giving me a free upgrade, this is a joke!!! It is very clear what happened.. I honestly cannot place a face with your name Kim, and I'm sorry for that, but the only person that did anything to help was Kaykay and China... China tried her butt off to keep the party upbeat because she could clearly see how distraught we all were, she was great!!! And Kaykay, bless her heart, was the only one who expressed concern and handled the situation like an adult should!!! Like her expectations aren't real??? Room setup mistake? That is the only time that anyone of y'all have taken responsibility for YOUR mistakes!!! I did not receive a double party upgrade, y'all upgraded the package to include what a picture by a car? And not to mention that I had to ask for that because I knew it was included. Yes, we had glow gear, but that is it...no decor, no blacklight, no respect!!! I have spent several hundreds of dollars at that place, and can't even get an apology!!! "Understand that its stressful to plan a party" let me tell you something... It is not suppose to be stressful planning a party with ya'll, because is your job to handle it!!! Worry free, remember? But let me tell you it WAS stressful the entire time!!! From the beginning and especially until the end. The party was in the wrong room, which was smaller, we picked up everything to move, only to be directed back into the same room! We ate in the dark, your floor was sticky, food was cold and horrible, hair in the food, hair on a plate, disrespectful staff and owner, cake was not marble, it was a nasty white cake with an 1/8 in. layer of chocolate at the very bottom and that's it! The establishment was dirty, especially the bathrooms!!! Your cook even acknowledged that the food was cold and suggested to come back when it was fresh! Machines were broken, system was down, i could go on and on...But let's address "having fun until 7pm"... It was a disaster from the beginning...everyone was unhappy!!! Y'all had me running around talking to y'all so I couldn't enjoy spending time with my son for his birthday, everything was rushed, and not one of you felt the need to express your apologies to my son! He didn't get the party he deserves and that is what matters!!! He, along with 9 other children, had to witness the altercation with the owner as we were leaving, and that is uncalled for!!! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves and I am embarrassed that I trusted y'all to host a second disastrous party!!! Mario should not be the face of any franchise professing to be Faith based with Christian values!!! Furthermore, As a Christian myself, I came in expecting that the owner and your employees would reflect this attitude, unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken!!! Food is horrible, it used to be much better when it first opened. Everything other than pizza is worse than frozen tv dinners, and the pizza isn't that great either. The only thing worth eating is salad. The main thing that keeps us coming back is that there are some really good deals on the arcade aspect. We had my son's party her and even though we bought 200 bucks worth of packages upon entry...they were worried about the 12 bucks to blow up 12 balloons. They hounded us during the party to pay for these 12 balloons T W I C E. Then they charged my guests to enter and meanwhile, I was waiting for them to come in to give them a game card. They all had to get refunds. Very stressful and won't do it again. My friend had a party there for her son and they were more concerned about payment and a survey than they were to finished the party. Rude! read more

This place is the WORST!!! We hosted my sons 8th birthday party there and it was a DISASTER!!! The staff there are beyond incompetent. I spoke with the party coordinators several times leading up to the event and they did not get one thing right. They gave us the wrong room and made us move mid pizza? Then they never helped with drinks, cake serving- nothing! We had to pick up all of our stuff and move it.. and the kids didn't get to finish their food! The staff and management have zero regard for the customers and they did absolutely nothing for us to fix their screw ups. We were supposed to have a party coordinator for during the party and that was a joke. She couldn't manage to do one thing. The main thing to know if you host a party- there is literally no security once you go into the game and attraction area. I mean even at chuck e. cheese they have the stamps with the numbers to keep track of kids. For kids parties it's literally a free for all.. we weren't warned about this and it was a nightmare trying to keep up with everyone. Booked my sons 7 year old birthday party here. We chose the strike zone package which included our choice of game- we chose laser tag. We were told we would have the dining area for an hour then play laser tag after which we would pass out game cards for an hour of unlimited play. We get there- at close to the 45 minute mark I'm told my laser tag would be over an hour and a half away. We planned a two hour party based on the time frames we were told on booking. Parents had dropped off their kids and would be picking them up before they ever planned on giving us our laser tag game. I spoke to every level of supervisor and manager. All informed me they have over 40 parties booked and this is just how it goes. I was also told they have been "successfully" doing their birthdays this way for over 10 years. In my opinion a "successful" party is accomplished within the time frame established. A "successful" business creates repeat customers and referrals from "successful" parties. This was definitely NOT successful in either of those things. The "managers" offered no solution other than telling me how many other parties they had and how "successful" their business has been for years. Half my party had to leave before our laser tag time came up. They do not give priority to parties. Parties booked for weeks have to get in line behind walk ins- sometimes hours after their party is supposed to end. And the "unlimited" game play does not apply to all the games in the game room- but they didn't explain that until the kids were having trouble with their cards. They originally gave us $5 cards which I had to take back to exchange for the "unlimited" card. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. They don't provide what they sell you- then don't have any way of remedying it. They tell you too bad so sad- this is how we do it. I can assure you I will never spend another penny here. I have 3 kids. We've done Pump It Up, Main Event, Rock Climbing, Paint Ball- All of these places knew how to book parties on a schedule- and followed it. Incredible Pizza was clueless- and couldn't care less. read more

The pizza is okay. I did like how they had several other food choices aside from pizza and pasta. They had green bean casserole, mini pigs in a blanket, and mac and cheese. Good for the kiddos too. The reason they have 3 stars from me was when I was there a couple days ago with some kids from my church when we were returning from church camp, was that when we got there, their drink system (which was the new Coca-Cola freestyle machines) and there were only 3 drinks listed available. Water, Powerade and Hi-C. No Coke, Fanta, and Dr Pepper were readily available. It took them nearly 15 minutes to address it and another 20 minutes to fix it. So that's the only thing that dampened my experience. But nonetheless, the kids in my group loved the food and the games/attractions that came with it. I even got to have a little fun too with the games as well. And thats something coming from a freshman in college. read more
