The cashier was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, especially since I was ordering for a group that included vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. He took the time to answer all my questions about the ingredients in the side dishes and made sure everything was accurate. The food was ready in a timely manner, packaged well, and the portion sizes were generous. There's a great variety of options on the menu, making it easy to satisfy everyone's preferences. My only suggestion would be to add a kid's cheeseburger meal to the menu. I had to order a full-size burger meal for my 7-year-old, but it wasn't a big deal and worked out just fine. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service and quality. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Prime Time Grill, you've earned a loyal out-of-town fan!
