They do not take into consideration your experience/treatment in the establishment. I recently purchased three items in this store a few minutes before they were closing (a brand-new ottoman, metal vertical locker, and metal basket). The employee, seemed to be in a hurry, but still kindly offered to load the items in my car. I told him I was concerned about all of the items fitting in my car in one load and he insisted it would be fine. While I was moving items in my backseat to my trunk to make room, he loaded my car. I have attached photos showing how he loaded the items. The fabric underneath the Ottoman was torn and the legs were scratched up. In addition, the tint on my windows was damaged. I called the store the next day and explained the situation to Jan and Jan said that they guarantee the loading of items and that she would either refund me the money or order another brand-new ottoman, but I had to email the photos to the manager, Kim. Kimberly responded and was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that since I cannot prove that the damage was done by the employee loading my car, they weren't going to do anything. All of my photos were time stamped and taken in their parking lot. I could not go back inside the store to talk to them, because they were already closed. I am in honest and fair person and I am so disappointed in the service I received. If you buy anything here, do not let them load your car. Also, they have a final sale policy on everything, but they don't tell you that. It is printed on your receipt AFTER you've already purchased the items. Their rebuttal to my credit card company was simply that I signed the credit card receipt. Legally, that's all they had to do.

After finding their information on Facebook, we were immediately connected with Craig Thomas. We gave him a brief overview of what we were looking for, and he responded quickly and professionally. When we visited the showroom, Craig took the time to understand our needs and helped us find everything we needed while staying within our budget. We were able to purchase desks, desk chairs, conference room tables, conference room chairs, cubicles, and filing cabinets--all from their incredible selection of new and used office furniture. Craig was extremely patient as we explored the showroom and considered different options. He was also very creative in helping us determine what furniture would work best in our new office space. His knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Once our furniture was ready--which was only a few days, even for several custom-built items--the team contacted us to schedule delivery, assembly, and installation. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The delivery and installation crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous, and they kept us informed every step of the way. We especially appreciated the ongoing communication throughout the process, as we were juggling numerous tasks associated with opening our new office. Knowing that Everything For Offices was managing their portion of the project so effectively gave us one less thing to worry about. If you're looking for quality new or used office furniture, we highly recommend contacting Everything For Offices and asking for Craig Thomas. We couldn't be happier with our experience, our new office setup, and the exceptional service we received. Within weeks we experienced misshapen back pillows, lumps/indentations, stiffness, and significant pilling. Customer service initially responded, but communication eventually stopped despite multiple follow-ups. For such a large purchase, we expected better product quality and stronger warranty support. Detailed Review: We purchased a new sofa from this company after being impressed by the showroom model and the many positive reviews online. Initially, the experience was excellent -- customer service was friendly, delivery went smoothly, and we were excited about the purchase. Unfortunately, almost immediately after delivery we noticed issues with several of the back pillows, including lumps, indentations, stiffness, and uneven shaping. We tried to give the sofa time to break in before raising concerns. About three weeks after delivery, I contacted Matt regarding the issues after receiving a request to leave a review. He told us this was normal for a new sofa and gave us instructions on how to fluff the pillows by removing the covers and redistributing the fill. We followed those instructions carefully but saw no meaningful improvement. Around six weeks after delivery, we also noticed significant pilling on several cushions in addition to the continuing pillow deformities. I submitted a warranty claim under their advertised 3-year warranty and did not hear back for over a week. After reaching out directly to the owner, he initially responded and explained that some pilling was expected, recommending a fabric pill remover from Amazon. While the pill remover helped temporarily, this level of wear so early on raised concerns about durability for a primary family sofa. The owner offered replacement pillows and covers but also stated he did not think they would solve the issue because the deformities were "part of having a cloud sofa." He later offered to replace the sofa if we paid another 50% of the purchase price plus taxes, delivery, and removal fees, which was not realistic for us on a nearly new couch. I explained that we genuinely wanted to find a solution and love the sofa, and despite being told it might not help, I asked to move forward with replacing the deformed pillows. From May 8-15, I sent three follow-up messages and received no response by text, email, or phone. If the company follows through with the solution they offered, I will gladly update this review. At this point, though, this has been a disappointing experience for such a significant purchase. We expected better durability, communication, and warranty support from a company with such strong reviews.

They were friendly, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. The couch itself is beautiful and exactly the style I was looking for. After delivery, I did run into several issues that led me to update my review to 2 stars. I had trouble getting a response regarding a matching ottoman I was told would be available, and I also experienced issues with the sectional pieces not locking properly. When I later rearranged the couch, I discovered a broken wood support and detached hardware underneath--which was especially disappointing given the couch was only about a month old and I had paid for white glove delivery. At this time I was not communicating directly with Matt or Jake which was where things went wrong. However, once Jake and Matt became directly involved, everything completely turned around. They responded quickly, took accountability, and immediately offered to replace the damaged section. They also worked with me on a showroom ottoman at a discount. After speaking with Matt, it's clear they are very focused on quality and have a continuous improvement mindset. As someone who works in quality within manufacturing, I really respect a business that stands behind their product and makes things right. To me, that matters more than a perfect first experience. Because of how they handled everything, I'm updating my review back to 5 stars. I'd recommend working directly with Jake and Matt. They genuinely care and will make sure you end up with something you love.

We had been in here a couple of years ago but I spaced it out. When we entered I remembered one thing about the previous visit, this place is high end. They have some really, really nice furniture. And when you get top of the line furniture, it is going to cost you. After looking around for a few moments we were approached and asked if we would like any help. We mentioned that we were just looking. She told us to let her know if she could help just let her know. So we browsed for a bit and ended up having some questions so we asked her for some help, which she did. Super knowledgeable. We found a set of tall chairs that have a table in the center that can be removed if you prefer. What else is cool about it is all the different colors you can get, and it is made of all recycled plastic bottles (except the screws of course). We decided on a set of colors and decided to order it. Of course when you select anything other than the one that is displayed on the floor it is a special order, ours should be 4-6 weeks. As we were working on the order we discovered the lady helping us was in fact the owner. No wonder she was so knowledgeable. We had a great conversation with her, she was very cordial. If you can afford top of the line and want lots of options (and I think they offer a design consultant), I would recommend checking them out.

Great bed and service!…read more We live near by and stopped in after doing a ton of research on mattresses. We were convinced after researching that we really wanted to feel what a latex mattress was really like. We spent 2 hours in the store with awesome help from one of the guys there (sorry can't remember name - started with C maybe). We ended up buying a Wazee Cal. King and they just happened to have one marked down because it had an old cover on it. Marked down substantially. We took it, a new frame, and box spring. It was delivered later in the week. After sleeping on it a few days, there was something odd with it. We felt like we were rolling toward the center and the firmness varied across the mattress, almost like someone had slept only on one side for a while. We went back in the next weekend and talked to the same guy who said that shouldn't be and assured us it was a brand new mattress. I read there are often seams in latex beds that large do get the proper dimensions so he suggested we unzip the cover and see if there are and seams in it. Sure enough, there were not one, but two seams longitudinally. We took some photos, went back to the store, showed him and within 30 second said that wasn't right and they would bring us another mattress, no issue. I emailed the photos to him for documentation and received a call later that night from Sean - the owner. Of course I at first thought he was going to try to reneg on the replacement mattress, but I was wrong. He wanted to come take a closer look at it and feel it himself since he would be out of town when the mattress was to be returned to the warehouse. I had no problem with that and he came to our place, on a Sunday no less, toe check this out. He stated for sure it was wrong and likely from their latex manufacturer trying to eliminate waste. He didn't seem pleased and apologized again for the issue. We got the new mattress and my wife said it is 100% better already. I'm travelling so I'll find out later. Thanks to Sean and his guys for an overall great experience. I will be recommending this mattress and store to anyone I know in the market as well as buying here again. ----- Edited for spelling errors.
